Tuesday September 12 00:02:43 2006 Beckinsale to take a perilous "Vacation" |
From The Hollywood Reporter:
"Kate Beckinsale has stepped in to replace Sarah Jessica Parker in the Screen Gems horror thriller "Vacancy" says The Hollywood Reporter. "Vacancy" will co-star Beckinsale and Luke Wilson as a couple who find videocams in their motel room, then realize they are being taped for a snuff film." |

Tuesday September 12 00:10:24 2006 Lost? |
I noticed today that the second season of "Lost", which had both of the Lily Evangeline tie-and-gag scenes, is now out on DVD. Got me to thinking, are they still showing this show anymore. season 2 reruns? Or does this mean that when "Lost" starts again this fall it'll be Season 3? I missed both of Lily's scenes & I'd hate to even think about shelling out 50 bucks to get the 2 scenes...I was hoping I could still grab 'em off TV if the show is still going. Anyone know? |

First view of that scene, not bad at all. Nice hogtie squirming around, damsel untying herself w/ a saw. Nice active scene. Shorter dress would have been nice, but overall well done scene. |
Tuesday September 12 05:54:37 2006 Passions |
I consulted the voluminous Scene Database, and found no Entry for the recent episodes of "Passions" in which the gorgeous blonde, Brandi Burkhardt was bound and gagged.
She was apparently a mermaid who was bound and gagged by two witches for the sole purpose of obtaining a drop or two of her blood. They duped some guy into wearing a silly Cupid costume and shooting an arrow at a heart. Behind the heart was Ms. Burkhardt, bound and gagged. The two witches told their male friend that they were going to take a picture of him shooting the arrow, but he then noticed that they didn't have a camera. Brandi Burkhardt grinned visibly through her gag when she heard this. I thought this scene was priceless. |

It was a great and lengthy scene with her walking all over the police station all the while handcuffed. Only a full treatment with ropes and a gag would have been better. Just cause some of you are only into Lindsey and Paris doesn't mean all men are. Myself, I'm sick of the stereotype. |

I don't think there will be ANY bondage in that movie.

I thought your short post with the exclamation points was kidding, especially coming after the Melissa Gallo long storyline where we didn't get much. Looks like Strasser has no scenes in the DB. Hard to believe with 20 years in soaps. |

Tuesday September 12 14:23:43 2006 Film Noir |
I typed in Film Noir into your data base and really didnt' come up with anything.
The Film Noir I am talking about are the one just after WWII till about late 50's. Does any one know if these dark tales of the city ever produced a regular scenes of full treatments. I've seen several on TCM and not one came close. Anybody out there can give some examples? |
Tuesday September 12 14:40:59 2006 Emma Caulfield movie |
Tonight on Lifetime Movie Network at 8 p.m. Looks like a "Deadly Vision" type of movie. Hopefully, a similar B&G scene to finish.
Also at 11:42, Elisha Cuthbert in a 2001 movie about her running up gambling debts and being chased by a loan shark. Never heard of this movie with Elisha. |

The only ones that come to mind are Veronica Lake in This Gun For Hire and Barbra Hale in The Clay Pigeon. I'm not sure "Film Noir" would be a particularly useful database search term, anyway. You could probably find an online list of "Great Film Noir" movies, then run those titles through the DB. |

--- I dunno. The premise of "In Her Mother's Footsteps" (2006) sounds familiar: "A woman sees visions of murders in a new house." I think there was a Lifetime movie that premiered earlier this year w/ this premise, and I don't recall any memorable scenes in it. |

> I think there was a Lifetime movie that premiered earlier this year w/ this premise... ---- On the other hand, come to think of it, I don't think the movie that aired earlier this year starred Caulfield -- so "Anya" fans can always record it on the chance it pans out. It's getting hard trying to keep the various Lifetime/Lifetime Movie Network movies straight. Notice I used the word "various", not "different".... (Heroine = Good; Male(s) = Villainous or incompentent). |

Good detective work! There's another scene, which is now on YouTube under http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WfAc1ijFC0 I did a bit of research on Musidora. She was one of the first actresses, if not the first, to adopt the heavy make-up that would become typical of movie vamps; no doubt the term was inspired by this serial. |

Checking these ones from "Canuckland" and if they're running them down there.. you're correct! 5 guys and the "Heroine", 4 kiss her arse, but the honest one tells her what a bitch she is. Right there you know whom she wants to sleep with and whom not the villian. Wouldn't even bother trying to keep them straight |
