> Thanks for the assist LV You're welcome. I did a little checking and found a website that has an episode guide, though with only very short descriptions. I think I can make an educated guess as to the ones with the two full treatment scens. The scenes with both Carrie Hamilton and Elisa Heinsohn werein the six and last season. Hamilton's is one of these two, more likely the latter: 6.1 Back to Something New Chris has graduated. We learn Sherwood is a successful novelist (School of Desire is apparently so hot, one needs gloves to read it) Ian Ware begins classes at the School. Reggie becomes very into performance art. 6.7 A Different Drummer Reggie is almost thrown out of school. Dusty's father visits. Heinsohn (99.9% certain): 6.20 The Lounge Singer Who Knew Too Much A Chris episode. There's also a video competition ,where Lydia plays the role of Dorothy Dandridge, and Paul plays the role of Steve McQueen. When I get a chance to dig out my tape of it, I'll send you an email, Jay, if you're interested in clipping it. I may even have both scenes. |

Which wouldn't have anything to do with the baseball hiatus, as those previews started before the show ever aired. The only previews under discussion were the ones from the CW. No mention was made of "Vanished" in the post I replied to or the posts leading up to it. |

On the same scene, in the promos all last week before Part 1, didn't they have a loud "mmmppppffff" when the trunk was closed in the promo? There wasn't a sound from Diane Farr when the trunk was closed in the scene tonight. Perhaps an editing team adding to the effect of the promo? |

Yes, but I think it's getting "harder" to tell if a scene is in the next episode, or a week ahead or many weeks ahead as evidenced by so many (astute) people here getting confused with Numbers and CSI NY and Supernatural. All of which looked promising and yet none popped a scene (in the first episode). Especially Supernatural because with that crazy double preview promo on the CW site, that combined SN with Smallville, you couldn't even tell what show the B&G scene was in and it didn't air anyway. I've been on this board a long time and I hunt scenes as well as anyone and I've never felt more confused about upcoming scenes when viewing recent network promos. Do you not agree? |

Getsme thinking of some other scenes where the Kidnapped DIDs gave it all instead of sitting quiet and dumb. That's one reason why some of the famed extended B&G scenes get a bit boring for me - I mean, the damsel might just not be there and we have a full size doll or carboard cutout of it with the ropes and gag on it. Here are some who put their heart where their ---ahem - ropes and gag were(nos in no particular order) 1.Karen Allen -her expressions and attempts to speak through the cleave gag in Raiders of the Lost Ark. 2. Terror Among US - all of them. 3.Just Cause - Kate Capshaw AND THE HOLY GRAIL - MElissa Sagemiller - Love Object - she sported multiple gags and a blindfold including perhaps the only mainstream movie well done ball gag for extended periods. This is a classic and should be discussed a lot more on this board. For folks like us, man, she is iconic....check out her images here in stills from the movie(contains some nudity): http://www.bashfulmonkey.com/Aesthete/0DVDs/0Movies/LoveObject/MelissaSagemiller/index.html |

Saturday September 30 11:42:24 2006 Barefoot bondage at YouTube |
Not all the videos at YouTube have the keywords for barefoot bondage fans (sort of like some of the entries in this site's database).
Here are some I found: Music video with blonde tied up in tub: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmkiG5O2KC4 A German crime show: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOzxLMsu8k0 Clips from Screaming Dead movie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTDYhuP2RUg There were some others from Japanese and Chinese dramas that seem to have been deleted. One Japanese scene had a cute barefoot woman taped in a bathtub, but I can't find it anymore. Must have been deleted. |

I have posted my praise for this remarkable scene once before, but since you brought it up, I'll second your thoughts. The only drawback I can imagine this scene might have for DiD fans is the ballgag: sure, it's not my first choice, but its appearance is less of a turn-off than other ballgags I've seen and its place in the story makes sense (somebody like this movie's protagonist would very likely have a ballgag, so it's not out of left field). Other than the ballgag, this scene is absolute perfection: drop-dead gorgeous damsel in a revealing outfit, shots of all lengths (including full-body shots of her strapped down by her wrists, ankles, and neck as well as some of the best close-ups of a damsel truly in distress you'll ever see), incredible emoting by the actress (including constant "mmmphing" and that wide-eyed damsel-in-distress look), and physical struggling against her bonds (with big bonus points for her resourcefulness -- she's not a stupid damsel). Personally -- and here's a ***SPOILER ALERT*** -- my only real problem with this scene -- and it's not the lame handgag before all the bondage -- is the late 90's cynical, ironic (read: cliched) demise that befalls our beautiful, resourceful damsel. Didn't like it at all. Strictly speaking of the bondage scene, however, this is probably my all-time favorite, just ahead of the legendary Katharina Abt scene from the German film You Have My Family's Trust (which is worthy of its own praise-filled message). To any who haven't seen the Love Object scene just because of the ballgag, I recommend giving it a shot with an open mind. |

I totally agree. I'm not the biggest ballgag fan (although I am beginning to warm up to them, especially smallish ones), but it looked great on her. I like those small ballgags where at times it is so far into the mouth it resembles a cleave. Too often, even in "serious" scenes, ballgags appear comical because they are too large & it just looks likds silly (ex. the "one we never saw" pic of "Alias" with Jennifer Garner sporting that weird, way-too-big ballgag...it just looked, to me, kinda stupid). Melissa's was one of those fairly small balls that can fit comfortably into the mouth & like I said before, even look like a cleave. And the bit of drooling certainly didn't hurt either!!!! |

Let me know Thanks Episodes are only now airing over here - RTL had them in their vault for three years. So no wonder there's no epguide yet. AFAIK nothing in the first eps of the season. |
