Wish she would've been tied for real though. But the video was still awesome. |

Jennifer Garner's 3rd credited role (if Im reading the imdb correctly) was in the TV series Swift Justice (DB #1671), where she was tied wrists behind while tape gagged. Separately, anyone know what happened to Raffish's site? Bondageparade hasnt been working for a few days. |

Thursday August 17 13:27:32 2006 "Last House on the Left" remake |
Wes Craven has announced he'll be producing a remake of his early film "Last House on the Left". No details on cast or director, but he seems to indicate that the storyline will remain the same, and the original had a couple pretty good scenes. |

I thought this was already filmed and was in post production? This website has a trailer and a few stills showing girls bound and gagged with both duct tape and cleave gags. http://lhl.metpix.com/ |

All I know is what I saw on a couple of movie websites today, evidently quoting Variety. Here's AICN's version: "Hey folks, Harry here... the exemplary genre label, Rogue Pictures, has decided to mount a remake of Wes Craven's seminal horror film... THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT. Wes shot that original film for $90,000, which may cover about 3 hours of one day's shoot on the remake. Craven will be producing the remake according to Variety, but admits that he's far enough away from the originals - that the remakes are a little like having grandchildren. Craven had been teaching college and apparently been shooting some early sexploitation flicks - prior to the original film - and had no idea what the original film was going to do for the rest of his life. Rogue is going to stick to the original basic storyline... but there's no talk of screenwriters or director assignments to this remake. But we'll have to see. Depending on who writes and directs - this could become interesting. The original has a style and a realism that no budget increase can really emulate... so this will inevitably have a gloss that all these remakes of these films have had. Let's just hope that Rogue does a great job on this one." |

I just consulted the IMDb, and learned that it was the acting debut for both the actresses who were the leads, Kristal Richardson and Vickie Benson. One was blonde and one was brunette, but I'm not sure which one was which. The brunette was the one who was bound and gagged, so either Kristal Richardson or Vickie Benson was bound and gagged in her acting debut. |

I remember an interview on Leno or Letterman a few years ago where the actress, and I can not remember who it was, told him that in her first audition for a real part they had immediately tied her to a chair and gagged her for the audition. Does this count, and does anyone else remember the details. |

Is this the same Daniel Boone series (I don't know how many there were) with that killer of a DiD scene, the one with Lyn Peters tied to the tree & cleave gagged? If so, any idea if this episode will be airing in this marathon? |

>Sorry if I violated any rules?
The rule's pretty simple: it has to be from a mainstream movie/TV show (which this pretty clearly isn't-- no mainstream filmmaker spends 9+ minutes on a scene like this), and you need to supply the name of what you're linking. |

I presume it's a case for the lawyers, but it's possible that there's some more info buried somewhere at the site indicating that they have secured the rights somehow. Anyway, Craven's new one will have a higher budget (I spend more on comics in a month than they spent on this film, from the look of it), and quite possibly a cute actress or two. A few years ago, I'd have also suggested that they might tone things down a bit (a bit less rape and murder, maybe), but after things like Saw and Hostel, I suspect that's no longer a given where Hollywood is concerned. |

I just consulted the voluminous Scene Database, and learned that the brunette who is bound and gagged is Kristal Richardson. This is what I should've done in the first place. I consulted the IMDb, and found that this is the only movie listed under Ms. Richardson's profile. I consulted Ms. Benson's profile, and found that her acting career seems to end in 1988, and encompasses only bit parts as sexpots in low-budget inanities. So, Kristal Richardson was bound and gagged in her first and only movie. It's a shame that these ladies' careers went nowhere and that they faded into obscurity; they were both gorgeous, with splendid, athletic physiques. They might've been bound and gagged a few more times in their respective careers. I wonder what they would think if they knew that they had achieved some measure of fame and immortality on an Internet message board such as this one? |

So at that time and at this time there is no movie, just a trailer made as a sort of resume to Wes Craven. |

We will likely get to see the Smulders scene on scifi now that they have the series' rights.
It was great with gag talk and a perfect cleave gag that was prehaps my favorite, a bandana. Sadly, UPN revoked the back 9 order of the series after CBs took over. |

And since I need to type a bit more here to hit the quote threshold, I understand that a 2005 movie called Chaos is basically an "unofficial remake" of "Last House" (it also evidently scored a whopping 7% positive at Rotten Tomatoes, but that's neither here nor there) It's not either of the "Chaos" listings in the database. Anyone seen it or know anything? |
