Friday July 02 01:41:52 2004 The Graham Norton Effect |
Tonight on "The Graham Norton Effect" on Comedy Central, the host was chatting with Jennifer Tilly and looking at a French website devoted to her (which I haven't been able to find yet)... also on said site was a "Galerie du Duct Tape", which featured assorted pics of women bound with duct tape -- all with black strips superimposed over their eyes. Graham was making comments like "that's MY kind of woman", and Ms. Tilly seemed somewhat embarrassed about that being on her fan-site. |

Now that you mention it. . . The next emailed cap from me will be Gillian Anderson in X-Files - 2x06 "Ascension" 9.4mb, divx. email me by 10PM, Friday, it might be nice to have a subject line of "cap <your email>", it would save me some time. Record number: 152 Title: X-Files, The Medium: TV Series Actress: Gillian Anderson Description: Episode: "Ascension" (2.6) Scully's bound and cleavegagged in the trunk of her abductor's car. After a police officer pulls him over she kicks and moans to get his attention, but her captor kills the officer and continues his journey. All action takes place in the first 30 minutes, there may possibly be shots of a picture of Scully taken from the patrol car's vidcam after this. AF- nope, there isn't! |

Friday July 02 02:08:54 2004 Bourne Supremacy |
Would love to see Julia Stiles get tied and gagged in this movie. Not likely, but she is playing the agent/cop trying to catch Matt Damon. One photo still on the site at least provides some hope, since Damon is shown leading her away (with a nice, long scarf that could be put to good use). The first movie still irritates me, since the Stiles character was in a perfect spot to be tied and gagged at the end and nothing happened. |

Option 2 is to post a request at the trading forum. Once the holiday weekend is complete, I will return to a form of civilization, where I hope to slap two VCRs together, then create another copy of Peyton List in all her glory. Friday July 02 09:26:20 2004 DOOL |
Hey there. Like I promised, I'm back with news on if Hope(Kristan Alfonso) will get any treatment come Monday and here's the scoop. This is from The Early Edition at http://www.soapoperfan.com/days
She grabs the phone and he tells her to put it down. She says he wouldn’t dare shoot, which he does…right through the phone. He takes her PDA and then cuffs her. Hope asks what is he doing and he says trying to find Jen. They hear sirens in the distance as she tells him to give up, it’s over. Bo arrives on the scene as Patrick and Hope are now hiding in a dumpster. He tells Hope, “one word and your cousin is as good as dead.” So to sum everything up, she gets handcuffed, probably hands behind woukd be my guess because this is the preview for Tuesday. At the end of Days Monday, the preview for Tuesday says this... Hope yells “BO” as Patrick covers her mouth and Bo whirls around… So basically she gets handcuffed and hand gagged. Now on Monday, they will show the handgag for Tuesday at the very end of the show. And then you can watch Tuesday to see if there's anymore on her. If there is, Monday I will let you know. Also, I can confirm that Crystal(Sarah Buxton) will be tied AOH in a barn this coming week by John. I'd presume she would be gagged at least for a moment as John may not want her to call out anyone's name as the mansion is right by the barn(go figure eh, mansion by a barn). So to sum everything up, this coming week Hope is at least handcuffed and hand gagged. Crystal is at least tied AOH. Yay! Get it? Got it? Good |

Friday July 02 09:41:23 2004 Kirsten Dunst Interview |
I just read this interview with Kirsten Dunst on superherohype.com:
"I'm happy with the way she was written. She's not this perfect girl because that's not truthful either. She comes from this messed up family. Her dad is an alcoholic of course she's not going to choose the right guys. I do like the direction… I liked the words she had to say and how she reacted to Peter. Sometimes it gets tired when I'm tied up but that's part of it. It's a fantasy too." |

Wanting to know the gag type, which how been trying to gear the entries for the search. Improving those "Bound & Gagged" entries a common request. So again, take it you're requesting a "Cleave" field, or similar then? |

I'm now beginning to have mixed feelings on this. I can easily picture something like the following: When you enter a scene description, there is a set of checkboxes to the right of a category. Examples: Gag - Cleave/Over-the-mouth/Over-the-nose/Wrap/Tape strip/Other/none Blindfold - Regular/Tape/Other/none Hands - Tied behind/Tied in front/Arms at sides/Other/none Feet - Legs tied/Ankles tied/Knees tied/Other/none Tied to - Chair/Pole/Another person/Other/none Materials - Rope/Tape (Duct or otherwise)/Chains/Cuffs/Other/none The idea is that when you enter a scene description, you'd have to check at least one of those boxes. Since they'd be checkboxes and not radio buttons, you could check multiple boxes for multi-damsel scenes. The only problem is that it could potentially scare off the "I'm not going to waste my time with these" people, not to mention the people with selective memory. I.e. a gag snob who doesn't remember how someone is tied, or someone who doesn't care less about gags who happens to know one was used, but can't remember what kind. Correcting such entries would add a bit more work to the database editors' workload. I'm not saying it can't be done, and it would certainly be very helpful if it were. Hell, I'd take advantage of such a feature. But the only question is if it's worth it to implement. |

Forgive me for saying so, but this whole concept sounds very German - and I don't mean that as a compliment. You're trying to press every scene into a certain category. Problems are: First, however fine you tune the checkbox system, you'll never be able to cover everyone's special taste. Second, the "scaring off" part worries me too. Third, this system can't replace the task to write a description for an ongoing scene where something is really happening! My worst nightmare is that we end up with tons of "descriptions" that consist of eight or nine checked boxes and nothing else because people say: Hey, I've entered all the relevant information via the checkboxes, haven't I? Why should I write a description too? In the end, the DB ends up being some gigantic multiple choice system. |

Not sure if anything will come of this, but promos for While You Were Out (decorating show on TLC) show a woman (one of the designers?) getting a wrap gag from an annoyed participant. I wasn't necessarily a big fan of the checkbox system to begin with, but I was just tossing out ideas. After all, if a checkbox is added for "gagged", then I figured there might as well be others so that everyone can search for their specific tastes. I think your argument is one of the best ones against such a checkbox system. Describing what happens in a scene is as important as describing how the damsel is tied, but the description of how she was tied could potentially become a mechanical process. |

Friday July 02 21:55:56 2004 Infierno En El Paraiso |
At the end of the last episode, Marian (pretty Alicia Machado - former Miss Universe and Miss Venezuela) was chloroformed, after she stumbles out of a wooded area onto a road, by a man who happened to be passing by in his car at the time. I don't know if there's any relation between the characters or if he's a stranger to her. After she passes out he stands over her laughing sadistically.
I don't know if there will be anything else. Since this was the last sequence of the show there's at least a decent chance the chloro scene will be repeated in tomorrow morning's episode. The database only mentions a scene for the lovely Itati Cantoral in this series. Infierno En El Paraiso Tue-Sat 2 AM Univision |
