Yes. Nothing.

Not familiar with the term,
nor seen much that would appeal to fellas in Japanese soaps.

The Hong Kong soaps get around to tying up the leads,
(but no cheerleaders yet I've seen).
That why I asked if meant them.

What a blown chance. After the KO, the captor goes right for the buttons on the blouse to strip her. Was hoping for at least some scene where some clothing gets removed.

Next week showed a blonde guest star getting hand-gagged. Looked like an older woman but it went by fast. Last week is the final airing, I think, but those unaired episodes might be worth a look.

Well I like Knight Rider even though it's cheesy, and as an extra bonus there's at least (I think) six bondage scenes in the first season. On an unreasonably slow day I actually watched all the Justine movies (skipping the awful softcore porn scenes and just watching the "plot"), and there's no way in hell i could ever watch them again. For me, bondage scenes need to involve a plot, even if it's one involving a talking car.

My guess is gray tape with no stickum on the back at all. In watching the actual show, Natalie's lower jaw was about half an inch away from the tape. She could have screamed her lungs out--or more to the point, yelled "Look out, he went up the ladder." The other girl, however, had what amounted to a very satisfying detective gag.

As for the pulldown, though, remember these shows aren't shot in real time. They could have used different gags for the untying scene. A typical Hollywood example of screwing realism for the sake of saving time.

I wonder if we'll ever get past this stupid fake tape gag fad. I'm hoping HDTV will make the fakes too obvious to tolerate.

Re: Favorite black and white scenes?
This Gun for Hire is definitely one of the classics, but I'll cast my vote for Jane Wyman in Make Your Own Bed, and Barbara Hale in The Clay Pigeon. Cleave gags when they weren't in fashion, and a time when they were still tight.

Yes, Daneen Boone is gorgeous. Unfortunately, there is a paucity of information about her on the Web. I've tried to no avail to locate a biography of her; I've only been able to find out that she's Canadian.

Actually, Ms. Boone was bound and gagged in two movies outside of the "Justine" series. They were entitled "Expose" and "Butterscotch Sunday".

Fantasic Four
It looks to be a disappointment DinD-wise according to the spoiler.

Perhaps 'Dark Water' will have a long overdue scene for Jennifer Connelly

Favourite black and white scenes
Among my favourites is the one from the Olson and Johnson forties comedy "Ghost Breakers", with Gloria Jean neatly tied and tape gagged along with some old guy, while being bricked up alive by some mobster.

She's shown handgagged a few times during the first half hour. Just before the half-hour mark, the guy removes his hand. It's the woman's boyfriend, and he's come to convince her to run away with him. Nothing after that, although Sheridan is held by a woman at knifepoint at the end of the show while some guy has a gun aimed at the woman. I doubt she could run off with Sheridan and turn out a B/G scene, but this show has been known to produce the most ridiculous soap scenarios and cliffhangers of all time...

It's a damned shame that they're pulling this series. It's really good and about to get even stranger since the Peter Coyote character just got fired for framing a killer. I guess I just don't understand Network TV Executives.

Seriously what is up with networks these days. The Inside is an interesting, gritty, well written series and its getting cancelled for what? So another stupid ass reality show can take its place? At least let the show run its course since I doubt whatever they replace it with is going to magically suck in huge ratings.

And to be on topic the female lead has thrown herself into major danger in almost every episode. Even though not too much has panned out so far bondage wise the possibilies are endless.

I completely agree. Compared to everything else on television, the show is not bad. At least it tries to have surprise endings. Plus, there is bondage possibility in every show especially for "Rebecca" (Rachel Nichols.) If the show continued it would only be a matter of time before she was bound and gagged.

Yes, it is definitely "Oh! Sailor Behave" (with Irene Delroy bound and gagged.) I saw that picture in that exact same book years ago in a library and I have been looking for that scene ever since. I would have thought that American Movie Classics (they USED to show movies from the 30s) or Turner Classic Movies (thankfully they still do) would have shown it by now, but I have not seen it. It looks like it could be a very good scene.

Keep in mind that the lovely Martha O'Driscoll is also bound and gagged in that movie, in a different scene.

Barbara Hale's scene from "The Clay Pigeon" is great! Whenever I look at that scene I pretend that she is in her role of "Della Street" from PERRY MASON. It's too bad that she was never bound and gagged in that show.

Talking of which, I've "tightened" Nat's muffle in two of the stills. Anyone like to host these for a day or two?

If nobody else has already taken care of it, or you can't find anybody else, I would be happy to host them for you. If you need me to, just email them to me and I'll take care of it first chance I get.

Jane At War
I just noticed that eBay has for sale a copy of the complete WW2 adventures of the Daily Mirror's cartoon heroine Jane, drawn by Norman Pett and modelled by Christabel Leighton-Porter.

Jane, a major pin-up for British and Commonwealth servicemen, was perhaps the prototype for Gwendoline, though she didn't get tied up quite as often. She gets at least one full treatment in this very thick paperback - tied to a railway line in her undies, detective gagged and rescued by her dachshund Fritz. Don't ask!! :-)

For a sample of Jane's ample, albeit by Pett's successor, see the book cover at http://profmendez.tripod.com/assets/images/sjane.jpg

The Inside
Does anyone know the ID of the 2 actresses in the episode of The Inside from a few weeks ago (2 scenes, cuffed & bit gagged)? I tried the Database but there's no entry for it.

My earlier comments notwithstanding, I'm man enough to admit when I'm wrong. Both of Wednesday's episodes were top-notch, even without entry into the most wholiest of databases.

This won't be too off-topic, but I was beginning to expect "Webb" to be in part behind Becca's original kidnapping. He had a tendancy to put Becca in harms way, or at least prevent her from getting herself into danger.

Well, bring on the next Hilton-filled reality show. (groan)

The second character (the blonde) was named "Paige Fuller" right? If so, the actress is Allison Dunbar. The first character had no lines (other than 'mmmmmph') so I don't think the actress was credited. The episode is called "Old Wounds."
