I've occassionally thought about renting this one but the database entry only says "a short scene here, longer scene there, a nice scene THERE"...no real details & does not mention anyone gagged. |

Dayador and Overlaid have a lot of nice caps of rare scenes. It is more than likely that they have the videoclips as well. Not sure how to contact these guys anymore since their pages have been inactive for so long. The emails either get bounced back or no response. |

Friday January 23 02:49:19 2009 Not that Angelina Jolie already isn't a lock for the Hall of Fame... |
...but does anyone have the final word as to whether she was bound in any way during her performance in "Changeling?" If she was, she's on the verge of boldly going where no damsel has ever gone before: If she wins the Best Actress Oscar she was nominated for yesterday, she'll be the first and only actress to win TWO Academy Awards for performances with bondage scenes. She was, of course, 1999's Best Supporting Actress for her work in "Girl, Interrupted,' in which she was handcuffed part way through and memorably psycho-strapped near the end. And as for someone whose hold on a potential Hall of Fame berth is a bit more tenuous, Kate Winslet's also up for Best Actress for "The Reader" (which incidentally was also nominated for Best Picture), in which she plays a former Nazi concentration camp guard who gets hers years later. What-you mean they didn't give her character a taste of her own medicine, perhaps perp-walking her in shackles before the TV cameras to show how serious they were about exorcising the demons of the past or something like that? Too bad. |

I'm not sure about a King Of Queens scened but Ms. Remini did get a nice hand gag in the Diagnosis Murder episode "How To Murder Your Lawyer"...and she played a similar loud mouth to Kerry too which added extra satisfaction for me personally. I do love a girl who just needs to be shut up... |

Great quote from the actress who plays Hope, stating that the most fun for her was being tied up. |

Short strip of silver tape. Awakes and then pulls the tape of with her hands. Then uses her mouth to untie the rope that binds her hands. I think she is Leah Rachel, but not sure since it is shot as a series of home video clips. This is NOT in the database. You may be thinking of the 1990 movie release of the same name. This movie is based on the widly popular FEARnet digital series |

I know for a fact a couple of times he put his pointer finger over her lips and say "shhhhhh" every now and then. I could've swore during the last season, in one of the promos, he did handgag, but it happened so fast that I didn't see it clearly. She said something among the lines of "Doug, I need a reason to stay." But I never saw the episode. Anybody else have any other information? |

Just checked the IMDB, and there are TWO movies called "Buried Alive" from 2007. One is a regular movie & the other is a TV movie. Now, it was mentioned that the movie had a Greyson Chadwick in it, and also that the gagged gal may be Leah Rachel. Problem is, both these girls star in a differetn version of hte movie. Greyson is in the TV movie version & Rachel is in the regular movie (or vice versa, can't remember). SO, anyone know WHICH version is the right one, the one with Rachel or the one with Greyson? |

Friday January 23 21:28:21 2009 FX is pimpin' da bondage |
Just saw the damnedest ad on TV. It was a promo for the FX network. It said "FX has the truth" and showed Jack Nicholson saying that thing he says about the truth. Then it said "FX has the bondage" while showing a woman tied up. Damn, I have NEVER seen a promo ad that directly and unambiguously featured bondage as a draw for viewers. Anybody else seen it or am I hallucinating again? |

That is the name of the character that is gagged. Thanks JP for the help. Haven't got the DB entry yet. That now helps. The character is Natalie Wachen. The movie page had the same picture as on the DVD cover. Being said, Greyson is enlosed in a "cupboard" with bubble wrap lining the inside. Sage wakes up in a cage made of bed frame and springs with doll's heads attached and hanging from the cage. IMDB.com page of the DVD cover and is why I original thought it was the movie and not TV miniseries. Here is the dvd cover link http://www.imdb.com/media/rm3284308992/tt0479199 |

Was the actress gagged? I watch this channel regularly, so I will watch for the ad. You are definitely a credible source, being a veteran contributor to this message board. FX is a network whose target audience is a certain demographic: virile, heterosexual males in the 18-35 age group whose interests are typical male interests, such as beer, sports, and beautiful women bound and gagged. |

Friday January 23 23:39:08 2009 Authoring Clips |
Due to the great amount of freeloaders and slicksters out there, it looks like many of the DID contributors are now forced to trademark their clips. At least now they will get recognizable credit for the videos they edit and upload. I enjoy sharing clips(no money), but in my experience trading has always been one-sided....I come through on someone's requests and never receive any vids(or replies) in exchange. We had some good DIDring member/contributors in years past. They all ran various webpages and posted media on their own free will for all to enjoy. Unfortunately, a lot of them disappeared or went on hiatus. I kinda see why many of them packed it in. Today, everyone wants a credit card or PayPal,etc.. And most of the scenes being sold are probably recycled from the older members no less. It's bad enough that the video uploading sites are flagging our material to shreds and over-filtering. |

Critics might not be so good for the show but for us bondage fans, the show has delivered! How many for Deanna thus far? |

Just caught a glimpse of it out of the corner of my eye, but I couldn't miss the word "BONDAGE" splashed across the screen in large letters. Might refer to James Bond movies, but even then, it's a telling point. On the topix message board, someone posted about having seen it while watching "Damage". |

In theory, wouldn't pay sites be beneficial to the bondage community? Because if there was money to be made in it, couldn't you expect to see more content available? It's because things have been "free" that few people are willing to invest their time into it for absolutely nothing. |

Friday January 23 23:55:15 2009 Site Update |
Remember the movie Taur the Mighty Hunter that our friend in Italy posted caps of to his web page a few months ago? Well, it turns out that the sequel (kinda) to Taur the Mighty Hunter is on the Mill Creek collection I bought. I've got the goods on those yokes now, and the movie has much else to recommend it: the Triangle of Death, the Irregular Polygons of Doom, the Spiky Gantry, the Spinny Pokey Thing, the Exotic Rack, mass yoke bondage, weird tribal masks, Smurf heads with whips, a hero named Tarzan, Taur and Thor all at the same, and a lot of other things. Furthermore, it's in the public domain so you can watch it online for free. Google has a copy! Check it out! Check out the thongs on that yoke. We are not in loosie-land. |
