Okay, now that the show has aired can you fill those of us in who don't watch it what the hey happened? What kind of STRINGENT bondage are we talkin bout? People come here to read about bondage scenes and when there isn't any info it doesn't seem worthwhile to start a thread saying there are scenes at 20,40 and 48 but not describe any of them. |

Now she doesn't have the bar, but you can see the cuff on one hand and the chain wrapped around the mand neck. 48' She now is back in the chair. Same postion as earlier. Other than the red glow for most of the scene, it was a supprise to see a speader bar holding her arms apart. Episode "Building 26" |

| I was actually shocked: This past weekend FX aired a 'coming soon' type commercial featuring upcoming films to the channel. Within the clips of the various films were graphics describing the action: During the 'money shot' (to us) of "Prestige"'s Christian "Bruce, let me finish!" Bale's scene of binding the lovely, smiling Piper Perabo for the magic act followed by the shot of her being raised into the air the graphic read: "FX's got the bondage!". Admittedly, it's not a surprise that there are some in the 'B' film industry, advertisers, actresses in interviews flirting to their kinky fans, and various producers pandering to our type or a fetish in general (it's been going on for years) but this is the first time I've seen a broadcast channel (albeit cable) *blatantly state it*, even if as a joke or a flirtatious wink. Anyone else seen similar blatant advertising for mainstream audiences? |

I had thought her feet were shackled, too. Otherwise, what's to keep her from kinda scooching out of the chair and getting closer to that bracket in the floor holding her chains in place? Nothing, so far as I can tell. Also, how did she magically get free of the spreader bar after she pulled the chain loose? Weren't the manacles attached to the bar? It seems to me that there would still be a problem. Finally, there's no listing for any spreader bar in mainstream TV on my "Firsts" chart, so I'm figuring this is the first. Now, that's historical. |

| I'm going over the policies and figuring out what I want to do with regards to situations like Dadnapped there, including past threads for Flipper, etc. The number one invariant rule, which a bunch of you violated is to NOT discuss ages. That got the whole thread canned. I'll let you know. |

I saw the ad a couple of weeks ago and posted here, too. Nobody else seemed to have seen it, to judge from the response. I'm guessing FX isn't saturating its airwaves with this ad. Glad to heart that someone else had seen it ... I had started to think I was hallucinating. (Blotter acid can stick with you for awhile.) |

Record number: 1250 Title: The Fixer (1998) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Angelica Trevena Description: The title character is led by a friend of his into a basement where she's shown dead, hanging in a vertical spreadeagle position from a horizontal bar chained to the ceiling, after the friend has accidentally strangled her during an S & M session (which isn't shown). She is nude except for a leather harness which partly covers her hips and secures her to the bar, along with chains around her wrists which hold them over her head with her elbows bent. Her ankles are held apart by a spreader bar secured with leather cuffs. |

Anne Wersching(Agent Taylor) has a bigger scene that include her death being faked. I assume you do NOt want to know about the putz scene ;) |

Looks like I'll have to fix that movie listing with the Cat and the Canary scene. In any event, "Heroes" is a TV series, unlike the other two. (I think "The Fixer" is a Skinamax kind of movies.) |
