| Preview for next week showed a school hostage situation. Three people (two guys and a female), tied up, cleave-gaggeg and blindfolded. Female was also shown just cleave-gagged. Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on Fox.
The more I scan through this awful show, the more I really want to see the female lead (Rosemarry DeWitt) tied and gagged. She's got a little Jennifer Garner look to her. Despite awful ratings, Fox has committed to keeping the show on for the time being. The reason is simply they have canceled so many shows, they have nothing left to replace it with. |

The Emily character can be pretty annoying as she never seems to shut up. I'd love to see an episode where she's trying to talk her way out of danger and gets her mouth taped a la "Murder Live". I think it's kind of comical how Emily always wants to be taken seriously as a professional, yet she's always dressed kind of slutty with the low-cut tops and tight jeans. The girl who does the tech support is hot too, as is Gina Torres. I have to believe if this show survives, at least one of them will get the treatment. |

| did nobody see law and order last night. i was checking channels and came across a scene dont know how long it was or how much i missed but i saw the rescue. a teen ageed girl blonde hair and her mom were tied back to back with rope and tape gagged. was wondering if anyone else saw this and could have more detail for us??? |

| While the American Music Awards preempted Boston Legal last night, we got the new episode in Canada and the Candice Bergen character was kidnapped. Last scene showed her bound to a chair, tape gagged and struggling furiously before fading out "to be continued". While past her prime, Ms. Bergen is still an attractive older lady and the scene should be good because her abductor is a psycho and will likely taunt her while she's held captive. |

Thanks for that alert. How was the scene? Just a few seconds or was it worth saving? Good looking females? USA Network will reair the episode Saturday, Dec. 2 at midnight. Episode title is "Caged." Check your listings because the midnight time is tricky. Might mean actually late Friday night or late Saturday night. I think it will be Saturday night. |

| (Please excuse the iambic pentameter; just got done listening to Britten's "War Requiem," which heavily quotes a poet who wrote in it.)
Anyway, I pose the question today of whether Shelley Winters, who as many of you recall passed away earlier this year, deserves a database entry for one of her most memorable scenes. Any of you who've seen "The Night of the Hunter" (and for those of you who haven't-well, if you thought Robert Mitchum was creepy in "Cape Fear"...) certainly have indelible memories of the scene about 45 minutes in where Winters' murdered character is shown sitting in the passenger seat of an old convertible on the bottom of a river, her hair fluttering in the current. Look closely if you've got a recording of it and you'll see she's tied to the seat-or something-by a rope around her arms and midsection. Now I know the fact that her character is deceased-and not due to natural causes; the murder is depicted earlier, although not gorily-will count as one strike for many of you here. Consider, however, that there are actresses already in the database for scenes in which they played dead bodies. Angelica ("The Fixer") Trevena immediately comes to mind. I'm sure some of you will think of others. I just think that since Winters had such a long and distinguised career, she deserves to be remembered by us for more than just drowning the bound-and-gagged Pamela Dunlap in a bathtub in "Bloody Mama." So, whaddya say, guys? Does Santa come early for Shelley this year, or does the Grinch steal the immortality of a database entry from her stocking, leaving a lump of coal in its place? |

I saw on the summary that she gets killed with a bullet meant for him on the last epidsode. This upcoming epidsode titled "What If He Lets Her Go" might show that he learned from his first mistake only to see her kidnapped by the guys who killed her on the first day. Does that make sense? Crazy show format makes it hard to describe the possible kidnap scernario. Just watch it tonight!!! |

| Regarding the Candice Bergen scene, I wasn't taping it so I can't forward the scene to any of the generous capsters on Brian's page. I couldn't even post a west coast alert because I was watching the scene from Vancouver (west coast of Canada) which aired at 1-am EST. Sometimes I just watch a show because I like it and not because I anticipate a scene. I wanted to let everyone know about the scene because I assumed it would re-air on US stations sometime, and it will on Sunday after Desperate housewives, and next Tuesday will show the second part in BL's regular timeslot.
Sorry if some are annoyed, but patience is a virtue. For comic fans, two scenes today- Hawkgirl gets tied and gagged on her way to the gallows to be hanged as a Thanagarian traitor, and in Connor Hawke # 1, ace archer Lady Shado rescues a kidnap victim who is bound and gagged in the trunk of a car. Before you ask, I don't have a scanner so I can't post the scenes. Just wanted to share the info. |

| In the newly released film, De Ja Vu starring Denzel Washington & Val Kilmer, the lead actress Paula Patton, gets the treatment. She gets tapegagged inside a vehicle near the climax of the film. I will say this, Paula Patton is a goddess! It also happens to be a good film. Check it out. |
