| Just read elsewhere that she passed away.
She had a pair of scenes to her credit Record number: 1908 Title: Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me (1992) Medium: Movie Actress: Adrienne Shelly Description: Never make your big sis angry at you! That's what Adrienne learns the hard way when dating her zealous sister's love interest. He enters the van, finds her cuffed to a bar with her hands behind her back, and the key nowhere in sight. How they both manage to change her dress, put on lipstick, eat a dinner in a fancy restaurant, kiss and fall in love -- all the while with her hands tied behind her back -- is far too difficult to explain, but it's a great and lengthy scene, even without gag. These handcuffs are really shiny! Record number: 7185 Title: Teresa's Tattoo (1994) Medium: Movie Actress: Adrienne Shelly Description: Teresa (Shelly) is kidnapped because she resembles another kidnap victim who accidently dies. (And this is supposed to be a comedy.) Anyway, there are lots of suggestions of bondage, but Teresa is only shown tied up in one brief scene towards the end, while kneeling on the floor. |

| The very actractive actress, Adrienne Shelly, was found dead in NYC today. No known cause. She was 40.
She apparently had a scene of interest, at least in a foreign film. If you google her images, you'll see her enjoying a pair of handcuffs. Very sad. She seems full of light and beauty. |

"Trust" by Hal Hartley is quite possibly my favorite indie film of all time -- it's a crime that it's *still* not out on Region 1 DVD due to rights issues -- and a lot of that of that has to do with Ms. Shelly. She's had other enjoyable roles since then, was developing a real gift behind the camera as well, and always gave the impression of just being a truly sweet person. She will be missed. She had minor scenes in the indie comedies "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me" and "Teresa's Tattoo" -- neither of which will be winning awards for overall cinematic quality, but I watched them anyway thanks to her involvement. |

I would think it was Renee O'Connor of Xena, but not sure. (I always thought Gabrielle was hotter than Xena) |

They mentioned that H.H. Holmes, known as "America's first serial killer" whose spirit this was supposed to be had killed many of his victims with chloro, but there was no chloro in this scene, nor do I believe in any others in this episode. The heroine was in what was pretty much a steel coffin, unbound when the spirit reached his hand thru a slot in the side and hand gagged her in close up. It was dark inside the coffin and his hand was filthy blackish in color (looked like they'd rubbed charcoal all over it) so it was very hard to see. She did do some pretty nice mmmphing beneath his hand tho. |

| I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet!
well, Vanished finally came through tonite with the kidnapped wife seen tied to an office chair & tape gagged. For those who didn't catch it, at around the mid-point she was seen being wheeled from a plane (the chair, being an office chair, had wheels!) in a hangar to the senator, who was in the hangar with the baddies. She was tied to the chair & had a bag over her head. The bag is pulled off & we see her tape gagged face. Several noce close ups, commercial break. After the break the scene continued for about 5 minutes, several close-ups. Then she was wheeled away, so she is obviously still in the baddie's clutches & the scene will continue. Also caught the Charlie's Angels scene with Kate Jackson. My memory is a bit fuzzy on the scene, haven't seen it in several years, but it appeared to be complete & intact. I'll have to check with my old, "needed-an-upgrade" copy of the scene on one of my older tapes |
