Re: incubus
I definitely saw the clip of this on Scythe's site.

It is Alice O'Connell who is gagged. She is actually gagged by Tara Reid and I think she says something like "This will be uncomfortable" when she says it (was dubbed in Spanish). The gag also appeared to be plastic tied tightly.

Or 1 of those 50 could copy and paste the url into a new post with a working hyperlink then the other 49 wouldn't have to do the copy and paste step.
It doesn't bother me to c&p a url into a new tab, I'm grateful that people are sharing the info with everyone.

Experienced bp'ers understand the use of the "homepage" field, but new people may not. The posting info doesn't really explain it's multifaceted usage.

Re: Threshold
This DB entry musta been written by a gag snob, as no mention of the bondage position is described, but a lot of detail on the gag (yawn) is given. Anyone have any input (eg, AOH, arms behind, hands in front, etc.)?

From the VCR alerts page:

Record number: 11616

Title: Threshold
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Christie Lynn Smith

Description: Episode: "The Burning" (1.4)

This is irrefutably one of the best damsel in distress scenes in recent television history. The damsel is wearing a snug camisole top and black brief panties, because she is doing her laundry and all her clothes are in the washer or dryer. She is overpowered by an escaped mental patient, who clamps his hand over her mouth to silence her; in the next scene in which she appears, she is bound and gagged in her camisole top and briefs. Her gag is a cloth tied tightly across her mouth.

There are several inconsistencies with her gag. In one shot, it covers nearly one third of her face, and conceals her chin; in another scene, it covers only her lips, and leaves her chin visible.

She is bound and gagged for a prolonged period of time. The escaped mental patient leaves her bound and gagged, and the actual villain discovers her. There is a brief scene where he removes her gag, and then reties it between her teeth, so it becomes a cleave gag. All the while, she is wearing the camisole top and briefs.

She is rescued by the heroes, that clandestine government agency. The female lead, Carla Gugino, removes her gag.

barefoot throughout her entire scene

This may be nothing so please don't shoot the messenger, but upon reading the tv section of my local paper, a quick synopsos for tuesday's episode said "veronica is a little tied up as her sorority sisters look for her", just hoping here, will this be it? will she finally get the treatment? if so it could be the scene of the year!!

This forthcoming film which has a scene with Arielle Kebbel was shown at the Heartland Film Festival recently. There is a preview on the website: http://www.heartlandfilmfestival.org/2006/

Brief shot where it looks like she is being gagged and a few longer shots with the gag hanging round her neck.

Probably better odds on Monday night's CSI: Miami ("Darkroom"), which someone has posted in the VCR Alerts forum.

"Nikka La Rue, sister of Eva La Rue, guest stars as a reporter. Natalia's sister, Anya (Natalie Morales) is kidnapped. And the story is based on something that happened to Nikka in real life.

The kidnapper, who has been luring women by posing as a photographer, has killed one victim, so the CSIs must act fast."

MSN's online TV guide's episode description notes: "The CSIs find dozens of pictures of missing women in a safe."

Hmm, any chance that the scriptwriters have seen the movie "Dragnet" (1969)?

Lots of extensive nude bondage and torture..but only for the guy who is supposed to be the new Bond.
there is no gag for the female in this and its a major putzfest. Also a pretty poor Bond movie..though not bad as a generic shoot em up

Casino Royale
airs later at 6:30pm on BBC America. Lavi and Pennies scenes occur in the last 40 min (to save hassle of getting bored watching)

Record number: 2389
Title: Casino Royale (1967)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Daliah Lavi, Barbara Bouchet
Description: The "Detainer" (Lavi) gets detained by Jimmy Bond (played by Woody Allen). She is apparently naked and bound to a futuristic bed by two broad metal straps, which cover her breast and crotch.

Also, Miss Moneypenny (Bouchet) is tied to a chair, rather unconvincingly, with a sash cord

I can look into it now:

I found a clip (Alarm für Cobra 11) on Youtube. Checked the DB, it was there, but with ep name and number "unknown". Also, the description seemed to have everything messed up, last scenes first, first scenes last- and the vid clip's version seemed much more logical and straightforward than the description in the DB.

Then I sought-and found an episode guide, found ep name, season and number, and wrote a new suggestion for a description.

Time spent one to one-and-a half hour.

Jay's reply in corrections: I'll look into.

Then: nothing. I found he had entered the ep number but not changed the description- without explanation.

Had he written (for example) I am not convinced about your description- or just some explain it would be perfectly OK. Would have taken him 2 minutes.

What I complained about: I spend more than an hour's work, and get- silence.

Doesn't exactly make me feel a desire to contribute to that DB anymore.( I made 100 + entries and corrections)

So: I am NOT apologizing to anyone.

I composed this Database Entry, and I proudly aver that I am a so-called "gag snob". The fact that the damsel is gagged and what she is wearing precedes all other attributes of a bondage scene. I'm sorry if you don't like my Entry, but I personally am proud of it, and was elated when it was published intact in the voluminous Scene Database.

It’s not exactly as described as you said, but this is close

Murder at the World Series (1977) (TV)

Guy kidnaps a woman he thinks is a player’s wife, she’s actually a groupie.

Sends in ransom demand leaves her bound and gagged in van. He leaves bomb active and goes to get the money. Doesn’t get back in time, bomb explodes.

Not sure who played the victim, youngish and blonde if I remember correctly.

Thanks. I faintly remember seeing replayed about 20 years ago when I was a child. This was around the time that Hardball and this movie spark my interests.

The gag would explain why she never warned the tow truck driver

First of all, THIS looks like it'll be your scene of the year, folks. I've been keeping my eye on this one since the IMDb caps were posted, Kebbel's a peach! Hopefully this will come out sooner than later, my dingleberry of a WMV player for Mac OS X can't play the clip smooth for a damn.

Also, Per, get a life, mate. Hours work? Give me a break. If anything you need to take a page out of Jay L's book and drink the good pints more often. It's just a message board, pal.

Patience, Jay L - this could possibly be a medical problem with our esteemed corespondent.
I vividly recall during my own electroshock therapy, that until the electrodes were moved to my parietal lobe, there was little improvement.
Since then, although a little dizzyness, but I'm quite cognizant of my surroundings on most days - fingers crossed !
Let's show a little kindness and give Per the benefit of the doubt.

My my, how strange that the female scene was in the commercials and the Bond scenes were not.

This is what ticks me off. It's not that filmmakers don't know what we want. The advertisements consistently prove that they DO know what we want, yet DELIBERATELY refuse to give it to us.

It's not in the Scene Database, but I think you're correct.

A previous poster was of the opinion the DiD was Mary Wellman.

It's been 29 years so I don't recollect much about the movie. I think the reason I remember it was because the top-billed actresses Lynda Day George and Karen Valentine WEREN'T the DiD. :-(

I think she was tied up and gagged in a commercial for pantaloon trousers. This is before she was famous (1993-1996) I think... I have searched high an low for it, but no luck so far. She played a DID and was rescued by a superhero wearing the pants!!! Interesting concept.

You do know that the people who compile the trailers for films are different from the people who actually write/direct/produce the film, right?

Re: Casino royle
So I'm a bit confused. "She's gagged", "She ain't gagged", "She's gagged", "She ain't gagged", etc. So is this girl gagged or not? The status keeps changing. Didn't a few days ago someone specifically said that the girl IS tape gagged in the movie? Then someone else remarked that since she was facing away from the camera & was on a desolate road about to be run over it was assumed a gag wasn't involved. Now I hear she isn't gagged...again. Does anyone really kow for sure?

Am I gonna have to break done & actually SEE this movie instead of getting the free inside scoop with no effort on my part? :-)

Danica McKellar -- maybe just maybe
I dont know if this has been brought up before but Danica McKellar (from the Wonder Years) has got a new series brewing that might have some potential on Lifetime Movie Network. Here is the description from LMN's website (reached from Danica's own site)

"In the LMN Original Movie 'Inspector Mom,' Danica McKellar stars as Maddie, a suburban mom of two with a big secret — she likes to hunt down criminals when she's not baking cookies. This supersleuth can't help but get mixed up in one crime after another. Whether it's the murder of a bullying soccer coach, the poisoning of the judge of a bake-off or the stalking of the little old lady down the road, Maddie is there to solve the crime. She'd outwit Nancy Drew or Jessica Fletcher any day"

Now I dont know if LMN is on my cable network or not but the site indicates that after the initial showing on LMN, there will be 2 episodes weekly on the site itself. One could reasonably assume the initial movie itself may be viewable there.

Obviously, the potential comes from the detective aspect of the series ... God knows I've been dying to see Danica in a realyl good scene or three.

She was not gagged. Handcuffed in front. Soundproof van - nothing special done to it, one of the old is it is rocking don't come knocking vans on the 70's, versus our favorite kidnapper panel van where a gag is needed.

She was screaming but no one could hear her.

The scene that was shown in the previews occurs between 25-35 min. mark. The woman is a lot younger and prettier than she looked in the preview. The scene's a little bloody because she has a cut on the side of her head, but overall some nice close-ups and even a little gag-talk with a big ballgag in her mouth.
