Think this is a hoax. |

"Think this is a hoax." Nope, the scene description was pretty accurate. Damsel briefly gagged, and is tied-up in barn while kanoodling over a last will and testament. Still tied-up going into tomorrow, but lunk-head hero looming. |

What kind of women do we see on TV and in movies? Actresses. How do actresses judge their impact in a particular movie or show? Lines, that is how many sentences they say. Does "mmmph" count as a line? I doubt it. Gagging cuts down on the number of lines, which is the most used measure of one's presence in a TV show or movie. That's why they don't like it. |

Yeah, but what if a dude gets b&g? Does his moral solidarity as the protagonist of the show get compromised? Because it happens a lot. And what about Xena. She got tied up a lot. I don't recall her moral solidarity as the protagonist vanishing. I > don't care if you're not committed to this fetish, the > image of a bound and gagged woman is inherently, a > fetishized image. Ah, yes, the "male gaze" reducing women to sexual icons in the blink of an eye. This one's right on par with those X-ray glasses they used to sell in the back of comic books. To see a woman is to objectify her. It's hard to believe grown-ups go for this stuff. |

Wednesday November 21 09:39:13 2007 Interesting bit about Terry Gross |
In the interview at the homepage link, Terry Gross, host of the NPR radio interview show "Fresh Air" said that the third show she ever did as a radio host was on "bondage imagery in TV and the movies." Funny thing is, this was back in the early '70s and she couldn't find anyone who knew anything about the topic to interview. Me, I woulda gone with Carl McGuire, but was he even around back then? |

Wednesday November 21 09:39:14 2007 Can't get enough Naomi Watts? |
Good news for Naomi Watts fans. Not only will we get her bound and gagged in the Funny Games remake, but it is being reported she is being considered for a role in Angels & Demons. I'm assuming the role is for the lead female character...who gets bound and gagged in the book. Let's hope they stay true to the original source material! I just can't get enough of Naomi Watts bound and gagged! Article at the link: http://www.worstpreviews.com/headline.php?id=6658&count=0 |

Checked another site and came up with this: "In the sables, Chuck leaves Nigel alone with Alex – who is tied and gagged! After Nigel removes the gag, he warns her it’ll be over his dead body before he allows her to reveal David’s paternity! Nigel then makes Alex privy to the details of Asa’s will – and says that no one was left a penny!" Couldn't find any info on who plays the character of Alex. |

Yeah, sometimes you're watching for the big right hook and never see the left cross coming. I'd been watching soap spoilers for news about the kidnapped Marti (Christina Chambers), hoping for a scene. Didn't see any word on it so tuned in late Tuesday just as the gag on the other actress was being removed. Good news is the lunkhead did some eavesdropping but then left and the woman was still tied at the end of the hour. But it's mostly a comical situation. Remain hopeful they are warming up for much better scene with Chambers. Blonde actress is not unattractive, but certainly there are many better subjects for a scene on the show. |

Schriev Leiber wrote: Let's hope they stay true to the original source > material! I just can't get enough of Naomi Watts bound > and gagged! This brings up the question - what movie has most disappointed people with its exclusion of a scene that was in the original source material? I know I still get sick when I think about the James Bond "Moonraker" movie. THREE great passages in the book, and they couldn't put in a single thing. Shoulda asked for my money and two hours back. |

The shot of her in the doorway in the trailer shows her bound but not clearly gagged...and the original featured what has to be the largest stuff gag in movie history. |

Yes, and unless I'm mistaken, the damsel is played by long-time soap actress Tonja Walker, who has had roles on GH, Passions, & Guiding Light, but has managed to never end up in bondage till now. And she's still quite hot, having only been born in 1960! I caught the recap last night & there are 2 scenes of her gagged...the first is right at the beginning, even while the credits are still being show. The second is in the next segment, about 7 minutes in. She's tied to the chair for the rest of the episode, bantering with the butler-guy over a will. SoapNet replays the weeks' worth of episodes every weekend, and since yesterday's episode opened with her tied & gagged, it may be a safe bet to think there may have been more in the preceeding episode (Monday's). To be safe, it may be worthwhile to watch the week's recap of Monday episode this weekend (if you get SoapNet). Of course, if the action began last week, we're screwed, as it's lost forever... |

Wednesday November 21 14:23:09 2007 4 Fast 4 Furious |
In the "hope springs eternal" department, it looks like my current wish-lister, Jordana Brewster, will be reprising her role as Vin Diesel's sister in an upcoming fourth (really? how time flies) installment of the Fast and Furious franchise. Most of the film's distress will likely happen to cars, of course, but since there's also drugs and gangsters and such involved, it's possible that one of them just might have an unwilling passenger in its trunk. |

I Have been coming here for almost as long as Pat and Van. I have always supported Brian's efforts to keep this site on point and have often joined in the gang up on the idiot trolls. Usually these poor souls get the message and quietly disappear. However, circomstances may indicate that one may be fighting back. For the last two days immdeiately after I open "Brianspage.com" I am hit with adware for two 'anti virus, anti spyware' sites. The technique is to flood my computer with inane pop ups for "G-rated" sites followed by 'are you geeting a lot of popups, is your computer acting strange, etc' popups. This doesn't happen if I don't come here. Norton has cleared over a dozen viruses in the past two days. Norton also treates the two suspect sites as medium security risks and prompts me through manually removing them. Sure are some strange coincidences !!!!!!!!!!! |

Of course, such a scene was not possible for a mainstream movie film in 1965. |
