RE: Esclava Isaura Did it start Friday? More importantly, is it continuing Monday? I saw this on You Tube awhile back and it is definitely a quality scene. I missed the late alert for Friday's action, but hopefully I can catch more on Monday. Bianca Rinaldi is stunning... |
Saturday November 10 02:38:04 2007 What country do you think produces the best DID scenes? |
After browsing the DVDs on Major John's site it's surprising how often German movies and shows seem to come through with quality full treatment scenes. Spanish soap operas and movies seem to produce a lot too. What countries do you find produce the best quality Did scenes? |

Yeah, I'm not sure you can really touch the Germans these days when it comes to quantity/quality of DiD scenes. Italy and Japan also do a very good job. The Spanish-language countries (Mexico and Colombia especially) seem to do soap scenes better than movie scenes, but when they come through, they tend to come through in a big way. And let's not forget Australia! JHMO. |

The scene really doesn't cap well: it's fairly dark, and most of the bondage is shown in panning shots, so you get a cuffed wrist in one frame and a pretty face or pretty cleavage (as Pat mentions :) in another, but there are very few frames that convey the full impression. The clips worked out slightly better, and they're available from the front page of my site. (La Isclava Isaura, OTOH...yeah, gotta go work on that one. Yow.) |

Just for fun, here's a quick rundown of the quantity of scenes per country that are currently posted on my site. Obviously, this is in no way scientific: it's very much a function of where I live and whom my sources for scenes happen to be. Still, I found it intriguing, and not only because I discovered in the process that I'd been spelling "Philippines" wrong half the time. ;) USA 1896 Canada 250 Germany 218 UK 209 Italy 90 France 88 New Zealand 69 Australia 61 Japan 51 Spain 40 Hong Kong 31 Mexico 31 Austria 13 Czech Republic 9 Colombia 8 Philippines 8 Poland 8 Portugal 8 Sweden 8 Belgium 7 South Korea 7 Argentina 5 Denmark 5 Luxembourg 5 Norway 4 Venezuela 4 Finland 3 India 3 Ireland 3 Netherlands 3 Romania 3 South Africa 3 Hungary 2 Indonesia 2 Israel 2 Switzerland 2 Aruba 1 China 1 Costa Rica 1 Greece 1 Malta 1 Peru 1 Russia 1 Trinidad and Tobago 1 Yugoslavia 1 |

Caesar wrote: > Very good looking woman (Bianca Rinaldi aka > "Isaura") is bound and gagged Excellent alert Caesar. I'm very glad you posted here on Discussion as well, because this is where I come first and I don't always have time or gumption to check the Alerts page as well. As for the scene, all I can say is that these Spanish scenes rock. We have discussed this many time in my forum. In a general sense, I find them much better than American scenes. The bondage (especially the gags), are far more consistent in the quality department and the women, well, they are just hotties most of the time. You can keep your SMG scene. I'd much rather have this one. And as luck would have it, seems as though the Spanish channels get far better reception than most of my other channels, so I always get a good capture from it. Coincidence? Who knows? |

Perhaps because they were practically the norm in my formative years, I like a variety of tape and tight OTMs. The latter can be assumed to have adhesive backing, of course. |

They should have hired Manipulator to do apply the gags. Oh, in case anyone's interested, the two putzes are Conan O'Brien and Steve Carrell. Normally I wouldn't point it out, but these two guys when they're not putzes are actually very entertaining. And, if we're lucky, Carrell will be rescuing a damsel in distress in the upcoming "Get Smart" movie where he plays Maxwell Smart (a perfect casting choice, by the way!) |

(Writing = hands), So with our 1st liner US out with an "Undisclosed Upper Body Injury", it up to other countries to rise to the occasion The Arab countries have been called out on this board before, and right after joking... Lead ID clips best come up with was one (uninvolved), Vivian Irene Pierce of Binder's twin sister. Going to make a full clip for the boys and see if majorjohns.com put it up. If lucky? Yep, me too. My local TV guide didn't offer a synopsis, though, which meant that I had to actually watch at least part of every single episode to find the right one. . .yes, it's usually easier today. :) However, the "quest" is still there. To this day, when a new series comes out, there's usually no foolproof way to know that there will be a scene or not. So somebody still has to watch every single episode until they hit "gold." Thanksgiving is coming up, so I'm thankful for this page and I'm thankful there are many others who are willing to share their discoveries here. |

or as David Morse advised Geena Davis as he began cranking the water wheel down to submerge her in "The Long Kiss Goodnight," "Take a deep breath. We're gonna do the torture thing." That scene-which in my view earned Davis a berth in the Hall of Fame-has been on my mind lately, what with all the talk about "waterboarding," which I finally saw demonstrated during a news report this past week. Fear not, mein Fuhrer-we go not here into the off-topic realms of politics or real-life occurrences; I'm simply curious as to whether others share my opinion that Davis' scene is the best such one in the repertoire. In fact, I don't seem to recall any others besides maybe Demi Moore's head-dunking in "G.I. Jane," (although now that I think about it, maybe they didn't dunk her but were about to), and perhaps Madonna's "Die Another Day" music video. I didn't watch "Alias" much; did Jennifer Garner ever get such treatment? And if the current buzz should produce some waterboarding scenes, which actresses would be best for the job? I think we'd want to go young and athletic (Kirsten Dunst, Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman, etc.), although the Jolie/Swank/Theron generation might still acquit themselves well. That's my take. What's yours? And sorry I've got to turn Spelling Nazi again, but it's S-T-E-F-A-N-I-E Powers, S-T-E-P-F-A-N-I-E Kramer, and Sarah Michelle G-E-L-L-A-R. I would hope everyone here would agree with me that two Hall of Famers and an actress well on her way there deserve at least this modicum of respect. If not, the Russian front awaits... Finally, since bondage in books, plays, sculpture and even music-anyone else remember the John Cage thread?-has been discussed here without raising the hackles of the High Command, I feel safe asking for feedback concerning the metaphor in Dorothy Parker's little verse at the link below. |

The above is the name of a univision series featuring the hot young Mexican singing group that started on the afternoon Telenovela REBELDE. Anyway while flipping through the channels I saw what appeared to be a preview for next saturdays episode that showed Maite Perroni-imho the hottest of the three girls in the group-sporting a light green cleave with her hands spread apart and tied as if she was being held prisoner. I posted an alert for next Saturdays episode. Anyone out there familiar with this series. |

At about 45' two women who were captured by barbarians are shown in a wooden cage. Hands possibly tied to top but hard to tell. Taken out to be interrogated by leader. Hardcase babe won't talk and gets punched out. Other woman gives false info & they are returned to cage. Released by guy who turns out to be bad guy. Badass babe with hands tied in front. Thought other woman's were too at release but not later. Tough girl gets punched out again but then they turn table on heel. Looked like sort of leather strap bonds. Not very exciting, IMO. |

Maybe I'm the last one to find out, but have to note that "From Beyond" is now out on dvd! I've been waiting for this ever since I got a dvd player and wasn't sure it would ever happen. One of the great horror movies ever made. Slime, gore, and the great Barbara Crampton in two scenes, one of them where she's gagged and almost electroshocked. "I'm going to kiss you." "In another life I would have enjoyed you in another way." "You're my patient now." Man, finding this made my day, week, month, and most of my year! |

Sorry if someone's made mention of this, but as I haven't read it... There may be a scene in this movie. The last commercial I saw had the bad guy calling someone saying that he has "the girl" or suttin to that effect. It seems most likely that "the girl" is Kelly Macdonald, whom I wouldn't mind seeing b&g. Not getting my hopes too high, but does seem a very good possibility. Link to her IMDB page below. |

Saturday November 10 19:26:34 2007 Name that Scene |
Hi all, please rack your brains and tell me if you can identify this half remembered scene It was from a police drama series almost definitely British , probably no more than 5 years ago maximum A teenage girl finds herself in some sort of abandoned warehouse or possibly swimming pool chained to a post. Meanwhile the police have been called in to find this missing girl fearing she's been abducted. It turns out though that she was a bully and her sister left her tied up in the middle of nowhere by way of revenge. My first thought was that it was from The Bill but the rule of thumb with that show is that there must be a Police officer in every scene and I'm sure there were cutaway clips of the captive girl throughout the hour/90minutes. It also seems a bit tame for shows like Dalziel & Pascoe Taggart or Waking the Dead, so I'm throwing it open to you guys. No prizes, it's just for fun |
