STRANGERS
I think this is the title of Liv Tylers new thriller. Saw a poster that showed the backs of male/female couple apparently tied to chairs and looking at them while wearing V for Vengeance type masks were two males and a female. No scenes in the trailers on TV but you never know, they could be wearing gags while sitting in those chairs. Not being a Liv Tyler fan the chance to see her in bondage doesn't get me anxious enough to run to the theater and catch this one.

Nice update Raffish. Say, which clip does the picture second from the left, bottom row belong to? I didn't see a corresponding clip in the update. It looks nice though. I'm sure the answer is right in front of my face, but dag nabbit, I don't get it.

That's Renee Rogoff in The Hunt for Eagle One: Crash Point. The clips in the bottom row are subscriber updates, whose listings you can see by clicking "Browse the Collection" rather than "Free Weekly Clips" on my site.

It's a good scene, and I've actually got it lined up as a guest clip for next week -- though I think you should already have a comp subscription to my site, right? (All DiD webmasters are welcome to one, so feel free to drop me a line if not.)

Only Friday the 13th scenes we ever had were from the tv series which didn't have much in common with the movies other than sharing the title. Some sweet scenes there. As for the movies, wouldn't bet on it.

Thanks for the reply man. I should have figured that out. I have emailed you to continue this conversation privately.

Almost..it was an orange sleeveless blouse and a multi colored striped skirt, just for accuracy.
The outfit she changed into and got tied up in was brown pants, blue turtleneck, pink jacket and light blue Keds type shoes. For those who care about that stuff.

You know, I vaguely remember snarking about such a scene on this board in the past. Something along the lines of, "Because that's what villains do when they capture a hot young babe ... they make her change into less revealing clothes! Yup, that's a villain for you .."

If I could only remember what scene I was snarking about ...

That's what I'm talking about! An inexplicably overdressed damsel, indeed.

There's a good version now up on MJ's requests page, but it's at the top ready to be replaced and looks like won't last long.

***** You know, I vaguely remember snarking about such a scene on this board in the past. *****

Oh yeah, alot of snarking on it.

**** If I could only remember what scene I was snarking about ... ******

Been nagging at me too.
Running through certain keywords in the replies, favouring:

====
Record number: 2856
Title: Spy Games (1999) aka History Is Made at Night
Medium: Movie
Actress: Irene Jacob
==========

This the clothing mentioned in the entry though:

**** Irene, wearing black leather pants, and a black sweater ******

It humourous how it elevated the no-gag "Curfew" scene. Why remember that and not the original now.

Never assume no one interested in any scene you catch on Brianspage. ;)

Old Sites
Was reminiscing and was trying to make a mental list of all of the DiD sites that have come and gone over the years.
Hopefully there might be some old links still out there to access - but kinda doubt it with the geocities & free type sites that get trashed on a regular basis like Vans.

Good Lord, it certainly isn't. Sometimes my brain skips a groove. I think the lady's name is Kadee Strickland. Don't bet on anything I say lately, though.

Soko 5113 - Katharina Hahn
Hey guys.

I know that there are many scenes for this German police drama already in the database, but none of them cover either of the two scenes I'm aware of (via YouTube) for actress Bianca Hein, who plays Katharina Hahn in more recent episodes. Do any of our German pals out there know anything about these scenes? I'm trying to get a bead on the episodes numbers or titles ..

It is indeed Kadee Strickland. I don't know who has the girl being whipped, or the girl Nadine who is photographed in some stringent bondage including a joyroe.

One of mine - not the first, but one that really "raised the bar" in more ways than one was "The Most Dangerous Man Alive" with Debra Paget. Up til then I was used to scenes where the girl or woman was held in one place, often for less than an hour of story time - not that there's anything wrong with that. But in this b&w "B" movie, Ms. Paget is moved in a car, carried around, apparantly kept bound overnight... it really opened up a lot of possibilities to my young mind. Hey, the hero doesn't always have to find her right away! Cool! Also, there was a scene where another woman found her bound but didn't help her. Again, very cool! Ms. Paget will always be one of my favorite damsels. I watch the last part of "The Ten Commandments" every year, and it ain't for Charlton Heston, rest his soul.

That's one reason why it's nice when one of the women on the pro wrestling shows gets tied up. Since part of their job description seems to be "constant cleavage and panty shots," you don't have to be worried that they'll show up in a burlap bag for the scene. Although at the same time it can sort of diminish the scene since they're basically in their underwear all the time anyway. More exciting when the damsel shows unexpected "dishabille." (And I'm sure I mangled that attempt to throw in a little sophisticated Canadian. Sorry.)

Re: Inexplicably Overdressed Damsels
I thought of an example: Lorissa McComas' scene from the erotic thriller "Testing the Limits." Immediately before the appearance of the stalker who's obsessing over her, McComas is seen taking a shower. (And I would like to pause a moment here to congratulate the Skinamax industry for taking such pains to point up the goodness of cleanliness, with their many shower and hot tub scenes involving young hotties.)

But when the villain kidnaps Lorissa, she's dressed in a cutoff T-shirt, jogging shorts and sneakers. Now, granted, it's reasonable to assume that she might have changed into these clothes in the interim between her shower and the arrival of the villain. And it's hard to call a crop-top T-shirt and jogging shorts "unrevealing." But it would have been quite simple and MUCH more dramatic to have the villain capture Lorissa while she's fresh out of the shower and stark naked, and tie her up that way, and haul her off that way.

I mean, c'mon, it's Skinamax. It's not like we haven't seen Lorissa stark naked (and having sex) a LOT throughout the film already.

So, yeah, I'm gonna call Lorissa "inexplicably overdressed" because in dramatic terms, she is.

Yes If my maths is correct this was show 4 , it was also given an on-screen title of Escape if that's any help.

4OD is great for catching up these shows, also readers in the Uk should bear in mind there is usually a repeat the following Thursday

For anyone catching the movie tomorrow, first scene starts around the 36' mark and not the 3 min mark. All others will be off also.

I'll try to keep track and up date on DB with correct times.

All of which reminds me (for some reason) of...

-------
Record number: 1947

Title: The Fall Guy
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Heather Thomas

Description: Episode: "Strange Bedfellows" (2.17)

Dressed in a black aerobics outfit or something, she's kidnapped from her apartment at the beginning of the epsiode and spends most of the time tied up. Several attempts to get free. The kidnappers forgot the gag, though.
-------

I believe the "aerobics outfit" is blue, and when she's abducted, she's *also*... I say again, *also*... in a terrycloth bath robe.

If memory serves, Jody (Heather) is taking a shower in prep for her karate class. She changes into the blue full-length (*&* long sleeve) leotard, *then* gets abducted.

None of it makes much sense (other than abducting Jody (Heather)). Wearing a leotard to Karate class? Putting on a robe *over* the leotard?

There's a special ring of hell reserved for Network Standards & Practices wonks. :-\

I thought so too. I have been righting down approx. times for each scene and have no time for that. I'll check my DVD once the last scene occurs. If missing, I'll add an editor note on that note in the US airing.

Your right. Rewatched the clip and the scene with Judith being taken from the van and placed in the room was not in the airing tonight on Hallmark.
