Sunday May 11 02:04:33 2008 Four Fair Games |
Did you know that there are four movies called "Fair Game" and that three of them have bondage scenes, two of them maybe pretty good? The one that plays all the time on cable is the one with Cindy Crawford in so-so AOH bondage (IIRC) where a Baldwin is her cop/protector and she's a reluctant witness (also IIRC). I don't know how many times I've checked out listings for "Fair Game" only to find out it's that movie. Well, tonight, I checked out a listing for Flix at 1:20 a.m. Sunday morning and you know what? It's not the Cindy Crawford movie. It's the OTHER Fair Game, aka "Mamba" the one about a crazed husband who has a poisonous snake chase his wife, which stars Trudie Skyler and has no bondage in it. I'm taping it anyway, just to be sure. Carp. |

The last five episodes will be extended. Hopefully, we'll get an explanation on how Kim's tape gag disappeared... |

Yeah, I first came across the story of Sylvia Likens because of this movie and its potential for a b/g scene with Ellen Page. After reading a couple of accounts of what Sylvia actually endured before finally passing away, I wasn't just a little teary-eyed, I was crying an ocean, folks. This story is truly one of the most horrifying in history, made even more painful by the fact that many adults had a legitimate chance to end poor Sylvia's suffering, but didn't. Any thoughts of a scene with our particular kind of interest evaporated instantly. And the thing is, I have a fairly high tolerance for torture scenes in mainstream movies when decent bondage is involved; but the fact that this film is based on real events that, from what I can tell, were even more extreme than what happens in the film, well . . . forget it. There's simply no interest here. Of course, I'm still holding out hope that Ellen Page does get the treatment one day, just in a better context. She's in the omnipresent top ten list of actresses I want to see get the treatment, obviously. I get the feeling she'll be one of the ones who manages to avoid it somehow . . . |

I had no intention of providing info at this point..i checked the page for the first occasion in a long time and somebody said the film would never be shown or finished. I corrected them..as for the behaviour of certain people on this board..is it any wonder I now post my info elsewhere. |

> > this is very traumatic stuff and my heart goes out > when thinking what that girl went through.... I haven't seen the movie. I HAVE seen Jack Ketchum's The Girl Next Door (based on the same case). There's some great scenes for us 'taken out of context' of what eventually happens to the poor girl. However, I won't watch the movie again. To be honest, I watched the movie because I'm a fan of the author who wrote the book that the movie was based on. |

> I had no intention of providing info at this point. Well you wonder why you got the response you did? We are all here to help each other out by finding info on new mainstream scenes. You obviously don't like to be a team player. You start off by giving a very rude plain and simple, i've seen it and it's amazing answer with nothing else you think we are going to throw you a party! Sorry Mod if this rant went off topic, but It's just a rather irritating issue. Oh and i did rent walk all over me, the movie was a complete bust. there was about 2 minutes with Tricia Helfer bound to a radiator with her hands behind her back, but it was a flash back scene and the main focus was on a dude being tortured. Both women were hot as hell in it, but over all a complete disapointment |

Both women were hot as > hell in it, but over all a complete disapointment Hey, thanks for the info. I'm curious, does "over all a complete disapointment" refer only to lack of women in b&d, or is it a bad/boring film over all? It just seemed like a good premise from the trailer and if the women were hot as hell, maybe it's worth watching? Thanks. |

> if the women were hot as hell, maybe it's worth watching? Thanks. I thought over all it was a stinker. Although i watch a lot of movies and i'm a very hard critic, but the only reason i kept watching was to see if there was any actual bondage involved for the two leading ladies and i got nothin! There wasnt even any nudity@!!!!! feel free to check it out yourself, but def not worth a screen cap or paying 5 bucks to rent it lol |

This particular topic he either didn't feel like elaborating on or had no further info...either way, nothing to get your panties all in a wad about. Give the guy a break...now, House of Le Bastard's posts don't surprise me because he's always been a bit of a...well...bastard (hence his appropriate name), but I've no idea why Blockbuster Dude is tossing his two cents in as well. Drop the issue...I'm sure whatever it is (or was) that was so important will show itself in time. Certainly not worth all this raving. |

Sunday May 11 23:16:42 2008 Galactica DiD Mention |
I didn't see this posted so I'll offer it up. No scenes, but a mention of a DiD situation (possibly a deleted scene) on Friday's Battlestar Galactica. Without getting to deeply in the story, one of the sixes played by Tricia Helfer recalls being killed by one of the colonials. (If you don't know how one character can recall her own demise at the hands of another, then you haven't seen this show at all and describing it would exceed the scope of this most Holy forum.) What is important is that during Tricia's dialog she utters, "...I can remember her putting the tape on my mouth and throwing me into the lake." As I am huge fan of this show I can say that it is at least possible that this scene could have been cut and will possibly be included in the deleted scenes section of the Season 4 set. The producer's constantly go on about how much material they have to cut in order to make time. Much of that is included in the deleted scenes. Worth a look for sure. |
