Sunday July 09 10:41:29 2006 Is there a statute of limitations on the topicality of actual events? |
If there is, and if it's less than 300 years, the story below has a rather interesting description of a witchcraft "trial by water"-one that occured exactly 300 years ago tomorrow, in fact.
Might make a nice Lifetime or WE network movie, especially with that catchy title. Incidentally, are there any scenes resembling this anyone's aware of? The only one even close to it that comes to my mind is Bonita Granville's in "Guilty of Treason," although she could perhaps more accurately be described as being tied in a tight front hogtie rather than having been "crosstied" as the suspected witch was. |

Unless it's fictionalized or recreated in mainstream median, then it's off-topic, regardless of age. |

Sunday July 09 23:30:01 2006 Mystery Woman |
The Kellie Martin "Mystery Woman" in the Wild West premise, which finally reaired from a few months ago, had nothing. However, the preview for the next one coming in August (no official date yet), did show someone getting hand-gagged (possibly Kellie) and another scene with someone getting injected. |
