I think people forget that this forum devotes itself to tied up TV (and mainstream movie) scenes, not Harmony scenes, and there's a big difference. Some expectations are out of step. |

JMHO AAYMV I look upon DiDography as pure fantasy. It's the dream of seeing a woman one feels an attraction for, in this case an actress, in bondage. For me, who is receiving the treatment is the main factor. If I don't care about the woman being bound, the most stringent bondage in the world won't make me feel any different. It would be nice if the bondage were effective looking, but if not, that again is where the fantasy comes in (and hopefully some decent acting on her part to make it seem effective). I can pretend it is. |

I think most posters do post "so and so tape-gagged" unless it's an elusive damsel, like Kellie Martin or Kelly Monaco, who both have been in the line of fire for years and never had a B&G scene until recently. Speaking of soaps, the Adrianna (Melissa Gallo) stalker storyline will wrap in the first week of August, so likely no reason to watch until late July. Also, Blair still trying to nail the doctor, so maybe something there this summer. |

I've seen people on here asking about the scene in Maude where Bea Arthur is hogtied and gagged like it's their holy grail. I've never seen this, but I can make an educated guess that if I ever did, I'd probably be turned off to celebs in bondage forever. Even just the thought is creepy. I think I'm going to go look at some Nikki Cox DiDcaps to clear my head. |

| Do I take it from the critical tone of some of your recent messages that you just do not rate tape gags?
You seem to have the actress saying/thinking "Oh, look at me - I've got tape over my mouth" as if tape gag = no implied fear I myself do not like ball gags. I think they look awful and cause drooling which does nothing for me, but I know they are favourites with other fans so they have their place. On the other hand (no pun intended) I like handgags which some people on this message board have discounted as being related to bondage. Surely you appreciate that we all differ in our tastes. I also agree with one of the other replies in that if I have been waiting for a favourite actress to have a scene, I would settle for anything involving gags that is well lit, involves close ups and is reasonably lengthy |

| Don't know if anybody knows this already but Arielle Kebbel, the really hot blonde from the American Pie Band Camp movie has a scene in the upcoming movie Outlaw Trail. She is cleave-gagged and tied hand and foot, but there's a guy there too. There are caps at the link. Don't know when this movie comes out though. |

The problem with tape and OTM gags is that you cannot tell if there is any mouth packing. As to personal tastes and holy grails, whatever trips your trigger, no problem, no problem at all, just don't act like that such and such an actress getting a very lame treatment is something that the world should stop and rejoice for, and anybody that doesn't feel likewise has no business even commenting. And, what exactly is wrong with seeing a Tony and Emmy winning older actress hogtied on a top ten, prime time, TV show? Something like that just doesn't happen very often, a whole lot less often than some just breaking into the business actress having a mediocre scene on some soap opera. JMHO AAYMMV |

FWIW - there is industrial strength duct tape out there that will not come off, if applied correctly, until someone physically pries it off using their fingers. It can take a few minutes to remove. I wouldn't recommend it though, it's too much hassle. |
