| Saturday July 01 00:27:25 2006 NPR's "Fresh Air with Terry Gross" |
| Just this morning I heard Terry Gross' interview with some guy who played a putz' in the old "Adventures of Superman". At one point she noted this character was constantly kidnapped and bound, and that earlier she had interviewed the actress who played Lois Lane and asked if she ever gave thought to the S&M imagery from her numerous scenes. The actress replied, "Absolutely not." This question, together with her interview of the actress who played Betty Page where she focused quite a bit on bondage makes me suspect Terri has at least an interest in bondage, if not a fan herself. I mention this because it may pay to keep an eye on her as she has access to big name actresses and mig ht ask the questions we all would like to know. | Another scene tonight. The hotter of two Latina women was tied up and gagged (very surprising as it was the sister doing the tying). I want to say that it was a psuedo-hog-tie, but ankles and wrists and wrists rope attached to ankle rope. Gag and rope was a little sloppy, but after first commercial much tighter gag. Overall a solid scene with a lot of moaning. The irony in all of this is that these are supposedly real stories that people mail in with evidence.
I think setting DVR to Decisiones is wise. This is two secenes in the last few weeks. The female leads are always extremely hot (models, strippers, something). Unfortunately I do not have any clips or caps as it was totally unexpected. Decisiones is on Telemundo weekdays at 10 PM. |

There's an amazing scene about 90m in where Lindz is bound to a chair and gagged with scarves to... No wait, Sorry that was the dream i had last night. about 40m in Lindsay is Handcuffed by police, hands behind and marched out of a party along with a similarly secured Missi Pyle. It's only a few seconds long and did little if anything for this viewer but completists and handcuff fans may enjoy it. I'll go compose a DB entry shall i? |

I started it again & it went a little farther, to a shot of her face while tipped over, before stopping. I opened & begain it a third time, it went still a little bit farther, until the second thing lights up as she is tipped over, the it froze again. After that I gave up. But it DID look interesting though...wish I knew how it all turned out! |

| Though I've never seen "Urinetown," I've listened to the score and read a summary of the show. From what I understand, the female lead, Hope, is taken prisoner by a bunch of disgruntled citizens who are protesting her father's company. There's a song "Snuff the Girl" where they actually describe her as being bound and gagged. This is followed by the more famous number "Run Freedom Run" (this was the number that they staged at the Tonys a few years ago when "Urinetown" first came out) where Hope "dances" along with the other characters while still bound and gagged in the chair. Thus, she is bound and gagged for at least two songs in the play. |

I can't say for sure what the problem was for you, but I have a suspicion. This applies to YouTube as well: wait. It can sometimes take a little while for a video to load, especially if you have a bad connection or a slow machine. The video played all the way for me, but I've had YouTube videos freeze. When the video is loading on IFilm, a blue bar begins crawling across the screen, and the player starts to follow it. If the player catches up, your machine will pause while the loading continues. My advice is simply to hit stop, wait for the loader to finish, then hit play. If you already knew all that, then just ignore all that, and I have no idea what you can do to fix it. However, I can offer a suggestion for videos you download from Raffish, Major John, et cetera and have trouble playing: download the "G-Spot Information Codec Appliance". http://PCWorld.Com has a link to it, and it's a free download. It catalogs every codec on your machine, then when asked, will identify precisely which codecs you need and whether you have them. If not, just go to a codec download site and retrieve the ones you need. |

Sorry you're having trouble seeing it. If it helps any, ifilm asks you to put in your prefered video player on first visit and first view (no charge) then it plays automatically everytime. I have a Mac G5 with Quicktime, my internet hookup is by Cable. This clip played fast and perfectly on my machine; nothing wrong with ifilm or the clip. |
