| I downloaded a clip recently from youtube (I suppose I could figure out what the link is, but it would take me a while). The scene is terrific, but I can't identify it in Brian's db. The dialogue is in German. Here's the scene:
Blonde woman attacked by three men. Thrown onto a bed, gagged with black tape, then turned on her stomach and hands bound behind with tape, along with some plastique explosive. As her feet are being bound, too, one of the attackers is rigging a hand grenade pin to the bedroom doorknob. The grenade is then also strapped to the damsel's bound hands. If the door is opened, the pin is pulled and.... Well, it's a clear setup. When her boyfriend (or hubby) comes into the apartment, he hears her muffled cries, opens the bedroom door, sees what he's just done. The damsel looks at him helplessly over her tapegag, knowing what's coming. He screams in frustration and terror, and...blam! Does anyone know what this is from, and who the lovely DiD is? If so, and if it's not in Brian's db, then I suggest an entry--my description above might suffice. I'll see if I can track the link down. Thanks, Dannysuling |

| SoapNet still shows old episodes of Another World, and there was a reference to Cass and a wedding.
I seem to remember something happening, and then he takes revenge on a female character. Does anyone know how soon all of this transpires? I guess I could start taping the show, but half the time during the summer, I'm without cable or a VCR. So I can tape for only six hours before I have to return and check out the tape. |

| Soap Passions has the beautiful Kay tape gagged for a brief second by the baby witch. This occurs about 10 minutes into the show. Kinda like the Beatlejuice scene. |

When SoapNet started the reruns, they started with 1987 shows. Too bad because I've never seen the Frangione scene start to finish. I saw the original near the finish and got a couple earlier parts in trades, but never the whole thing. Amazing scene, with a white tape-gagged damsel in only her nightie. Frangione's legs and thighs and tape-gagged face in that scene were spectacular. |

Some other examples: Susan Howard in the Rockford Files and Elisabeth Sladen in Doctor Who's "Seeds of Doom". What are some other examples of a damsel being tied up more than one time in a movie or TV show ? |

| OK, pretty sure nothing is going to happen until Friday. At the end of today's show, Sam was heading back to her apartment with bodyguards.
So she's got to get there and then convince the guards to leave. This will likely stretch into Friday, where Manny will likely handgag her in the final minutes on Friday. Seen too many of these to not recognize the pattern. Sam might not even be shown on Wednesday, which makes it easier for them to stretch it out. A spoiler site said Manny holds Sam, his favorite damsel in distress, hostage next week. |

She played a woman who was being menaced by an obsessive ex-husband. He succeeded in binding and gagging her twice with duct tape. |

| So someone on (dare I say it?) YouTube asked if I had any mainstream Asian scenes I'd be willing to share, and it occurred to me that I did have a dozen or so Japanese clips lying around that I hadn't been able to identify. Some of them are pretty cool and strike me as the sort of scene that those who are more familiar with scenes from that part of the world would look at and say, "Oh, c'mon, give me something *difficult*." Enjoy, and please let me know if any of them rings a bell. |

Although the minutes up until the scene were as unbearable as anything I have ever watched on TV, the payoff was quite nice. This woman is really gorgeous. | I just don't get why people feel the need to criticise YouTube simply because it doesn't deliver exactly what they want or have the quality of the clips that people want. It's an excellent site with some really good and varied clips (even those that are not DiD-related) and if it's ever closed down it will be a great shame for everyone. |

I think this will be a disappointing scene. I can see Manny threatening to gag Sam a lot, but will probably never do it. He'll probably hand gag her some (YAWN!) but never use the tape. Sure she'll be buckled to a chair, but I think that will be it. General Hospital, in the past, has had some great scenes. The last had Emily as the damsel. But since the passing of their head writer(?) or whoever it was, everything on that show has gone down hill. Before anybody chimes in, I don't call that scene a few months ago with Luke daughter & Robin a great scene. Not with all the putz in there. I'll keep an open mind on the scene, but won't expect too much. |

The scene gets props for creativity---how many bondage scenes can you think of that involve a chimp? |

It's hilarious, boys. You go on these Japanese BBS message boards, and they their own little communities just like ours here. In fact, they reference a TON of our stuff. Anubis' site, Raffish's old site (the suckers don't realize he's got a new gig yet), and tons more. Brians page itself is mentioned a lot. Its always occured to me that if we englishmen (I'll consider Lazo a definitive honourary team english member) have all these DiD resources and a rich community to back it up, the Japanese, who are kinky as HELL, must have it in spades! Turns out they do! The trick is stumbling around untranslated message board posts to find seedy little sites with japanese vid clips. I must say - the hunt is a lot of fun. |
