The Wendy Moniz scene is really nice, despite the non-tradtional gag. But the thing you notice in that scene is how much weight has Laura Wright put on? Her figure in that velvet dress is amazing. She's got to be 20 pounds heavier today on "General Hospital." But she's still one of the top daytime divas I want to see B&G.

Thanks Prof Filter! A great guide.

I've been experimenting with Virtual Dub lately to cap
scenes. Not working the way I want it to.
Appreciate the tutorial. Helps answer some questions.

Steve,

Thanks for the info. But now I'm a little confused, and wondering if you could help. There is the following entry for "Die Strassen" in the db, but this description does not correspond to the clip I have. Are you saying there's another "Die Strassen" TV movie, a pilot, that's different from this? Here's the entry:

Record number: 11275

Title: Die Straßen von Berlin - Die letzte Fahrt der Ashanti Star (1996)
Medium: TV Movie
Actress: Antje Schmidt

Description: German action series with 90 minute episodes - IMDb regards these as TV movies.

Katja (Antje) is playing an undercover cop. Her cover gets blown on board the villain's ship during the last ten minutes, but the man who is ordered to kill her just locks her in a storage room - luckily for her, he is also undercover! Her hands are cuffed behind her, but when the action starts a little later, she is able to bring her hands to the front and use the gun he left for her.

___

BTW: one can only keyword this entry easily via "Berlin," since "Strassen" is entered with the German symbol for "double s" that most of us can only access via "symbol" function. I'm going to try inputting an alternative spelling, but in case it doesn't work, could the listserv admin ensure that "Strassen" is input? Thanks.

Looks like she's kidnapped along with her mini-putz son

Windfall update
Looks like this show is playing like a soap opera. The female that went missing last week was not shown, only mentioned last night. Peyton List plays her sister, and at the end she and the boyfriend were heading out to investiagate a lead. Peyton was carrying a gun, so I could easily see her getting into trouble. Nothing in the promos for next week.

Bottom line, I'm expecting the kindapped female to be in on the plot, just like 90 percent of the "Without a Trace" and "Missing" episodes. Maybe she'll tie and gag sister Peyton if she gets in the way.

This is just an awful, awful show. Makes the afternoon soaps look like Emmy winners.

"Die Straßen von Berlin" ist one of those shows bordering between series and TV movies. The best example for a U.S. show coming to my mind is Columbo.

"Die letzte Fahrt der Ashanti Star" (i.e. Final Voyage of the Ashanti Star) is no. 6 of 22 episodes / TV movies. See the link for a complete list.

According to this list, the pilot film was: "Die Straßen von Berlin - Babuschka". I don't know if there was a scene in it.

More weekend fun on bondageparade
Couple quick notes...first, I've tossed those Japanese clips that were Too Hot for YouTube (TM) up on my own site at the link below.

Second, the next couple member updates (due up Saturday and Monday) will feature a handful of scenes that Jay L sent down a couple years ago, but that I wasn't able to get online before my old site went away. That means new YouTube links, and a good-sized batch of free caps.

July 14th is the release date according to
The Insider on CBS 6-23-Fri

They said there are bondage scenes
as well as a lot of showing of pretty
female skin.
They were not specific if Mini got
tied up or not.

MonK
"Monk and the Astronaut"

Maybe the scene with that Wavy had several weeks ago where the lady is bound and gagged with noose around here neck.

If show, it airs later at 10pm on USA Network on cable.

There is nothing in the Database that there is any scene in this episode. Are you pretty sure there may be a scene in it?

Aaron Spelling has died.
Tip a glass to him sometime this weekend, folks. You know, I think he's one of the few of his gender who probably belong in our Hall of Fame. In fact, the challenge would be to go over to the IMDb and try to find something he produced that DIDN'T have any scenes.

Let's keep Tori and the rest of the family in our prayers.
