Saturday May 05 09:17:18 2007 Deja Vu on DVD and Blu-Ray |
From DVDTOWN.COM:
"Rounding out the extras are five very short deleted scenes and three extended scenes, playable with or without commentary. Of these, you learn more from the extended scenes, which include Claire being held captive, a close scene with Doug and Claire, and further shots of the ferry aftermath." Hmm, interesting! The extras mentioned above exist in both Blu-Ray and DVD editions. If I remember correctly, the last DVD's to deliver something more than the theatrical releases were "The Brothers Grimm", which included a deleted scene with B&G Lena Headey, and "Miami Vice: Unrated" which offered seven more minutes of footage, including a tie-up for Gong Li (the second one in a year! Remember "Hannibal Rising"?). The theatrical release had a tie-up/blindfold for Naomie Harris. For HD fans, the unrated edition of "Miami Vice" is out on HD-DVD, while the deleted scenes for "Brothers Grimm" can also be found in the recently released Blu-Ray. As soon as I get my hands on a HD-format player, the first things I'm gonna buy will be "Mission: Impossible 3" and "Into the Blue". Cuz there's only one thing better than DiD's: HD-DiD's! :D |

As soon as they're available (and on a reasonable price, of course), I'm going to buy a drive for my PC capable of reading both HD-DVD and Blu-Ray formats. Then, I'm gonna use my trusty video editing programs to make 1080p clips of the Michelle Monaghan and Jessica Alba DiD scenes! Of course, they will be nearly impossible to trade, because of the file size (remember the clip for Hack - Misty Blue that a poster uploaded? It was 664MB!!!), but fortunately I have down-converters to do that. For any technical questions, please post on the Trading Forum or e-mail me, thank you. |

Saturday May 05 21:29:02 2007 Who are the DiD Leaders ? |
For the readers. Can you list the top 5 or more Damsels in Distress for these questions.
1) Which ladies have had the most variety (stuff, cleave, OTm, tape, etc.) in being gagged ? 2) Which ladies have had the most variety (rope, tape, chains, etc.) in being tied up ? |

There problably won't be much variety in the method of restraint, since most mainstream media bondage is accomplished through the use of rope or duct tape. Chains are very rarely employed to restrain a damsel, and handcuffs are used almost exclusively by law enforcement agencies. The sole incidence I recall in mainstream media in which a damsel was restrained with chains AND gagged was in the movie "Night Visitor". As I recall ,the girlfriend of the protagonist was captured by the dastardly villains, bound with chains, and gagged with either black tape or a tight black cloth over her mouth. There was a prostitute who was bound and gagged earlier in the movie, and she was gagged with a ballgag, but I don't recall her method of restraint. |

Hey, has there been anything of note in this new version? I've caught it sporadically, but haven't even seen a hint of a possibility. Thanks in advance... |
