Jay L wrote: > The Moderator wrote: > > Ok, message delivered. > What are you on about? Ah, I see. I poorly worded it "Hadji my good man... what the problem you're having with my Database [*SYSTEM*]?" It not about sending a message, it about letting me know about problems with the search system on Database Corrections. Else I wasting my time lining it up. === Also, poorly worded Brian, but an intended question: ***** "It would seem that just one superfluous article impeded access to the Database Entry." You're saying you gave it one shot, gave up and came to Discussion? ****** I want to know if a veteran poster like Hadji half-arsed it, or was confused by the search tips? "[The best thing to do is leave off the articles completely. In fact, it's recommended that you focus on one key word to search for.]" I've suggested for awhile the above should be considered highlighted from the IMBD change as a stand alone suggestion. With a double spaced break, or something. Red font etc. It's assisted with more than just Title changes. So one favour Brian? Could allow for Hadji to answer my question in case any problems? So I can sort him on Corrections before you shut this down? Thanks |

Monday April 14 16:16:50 2008 Jimmy John's bondage |
Saw the very end of a commercial last night on SPIKE which showed a woman tied in a chair. She was raising one arm out in front of her, but the arm had rope around it. Ad ended before I could turn up the volume but I believe she and a guy (not tied) were speaking Spanish. Maybe a take-off on Mexican soaps? At any rate, the ad was for Jimmy John's, which we don't have around here, but it looks like they make sub sandwiches. Man, have to stay around and watch commercials now. |

It's extremely popular as of late, due to all the environmental and food shortage buzz that's been going on (it sends you home with a rather grim malthusian message). b.) Being a musical, you ought to do the songs justice by not tampering with the lyrics, which means that ..... *drumroll* c.) One of the lyrics is "look at her there, tied and gagged". 'Nuff said. |

Monday April 14 17:55:46 2008 Stage Bondage |
There are actually a number of comic melodramas that I have acted or been involved in that feature bondage on a railroad track, chairs, even a buzz saw. One play, which I stage managed in LA a number of years ago was entitled "Personal Call". The play dealt with a young woman who was investigating a man and woman on behalf of a client. When she discovers an incriminating item on the woman, she is knocked out. A blackout occurs, and when the lights come up, she is in the processs of being tied up and gagged. Was produced in the small 99 seat theatres of LA in 1978. |

Monday April 14 23:21:03 2008 Alert - Bellezas Indomables |
West coast might be able to catch this one. In tonight's episode of Bellezas Indomables, Claudia Alvarez is tied to a bed and cleave gagged. Scene begins about half way through the episode. This airs on on Azteca America. It is supposed to rerun at 8am Central time tomorrow morning, but not all affiliates follow that schedule (mine shows Paid Programming instead). |

Monday April 14 23:43:12 2008 Site Update |
Today the site is updated with a 27,000 word short story called "A Little Bit of Monica." It's about a young woman who figures out that cosplaying at Cons can mean spending four days mostly naked while crawling all over cute boys. Her outfit ... the aptly named Slavegirl Belinda costume, which makes Slave Leia look overdressed (see image below). This is the short story I have been developing as a web comic, so there are panels drawn ... well, mostly lettered ... by me, to show that It Can Be Done. The artwork is not great, but the text story is just fine. So, check it out if you're interested. |
