Re: Handgag + Dragging
I don't go much for handgags, as I have same regard for them as many here do for putz scense, but there is one that I like because it makes absolutely no sense.

I refer to the "Doctor Who" story, "The Keeper of Traken."

Nyssa (Sarah Sutton) springs The Doctor, Adric and her father from jail and while the guards ar looking for them, they duck into a small antechamer where the Doctor grabs Nyssa and clamps a hand over her mouth. I mean Nyssa would be endagering herself and her beloved father if she cries out, so why is the Doctor worried she will?

The doesn't appear in the novelisation of the story, so it's something I strongly suspect Tom Baker improvised.Still, I've never figured out why it happened.

Apparently Netflix offers different selections in various regions of the country. I cannot request Season 1 of Mission Impossible (streaming or dvd) let alone Season 7.

There's at least something: hands tied in front with thick rope. Image came out while they were filming late last year.

Re: Handgag + Dragging
Jenna Elfman in Looney Tunes: Back in Action was handgagged and dragged away. She was put in a sack after that and was mmmphing loudly, but when she was taken out, she was neither bound nor gagged.

Update
Saw an episode of the new Sherlock Holmes series 'Sherlock' last night after the football game. Was pleasantly surprised to see a scene near the end of the show. Possibly not the greatest of all possible scenes, but not *too* bad, especially when I wasn't expecting one.

Oh, I agree with the database poster - this is and EXCELLENT series, even without the tie-ups.

Y&R
There is possibility for a great scene in the episode of January 24.

5 women of the main cast (Phyllis, Nikki, Ashley, Victoria and Abby) handcuffed in the same room at the police station.

If someone can record it in HD, that would be awesome!!

La Casa De Al Lado
La Casa De Al Lado (possibilities)
Day: Monday January 23 2012
Time: 10:00 PM eastern
Channel: Telemundo

This is the last episode of LA CASA DE AL LADO, so there is a possibility of a woman-in-bondage scene. There is a good possibility of a woman (I don't know the name of the character or actress) being bound and gagged by "Adolpho" (the crazy villain).

Re: Is it true that there was scene in Homeland?
Depends on what you mean by "scene."

SPOILER##########################

#################################

#################################

The final scene of the season has Carrie (Claire Danes) voluntarily undergoing ECT, aka shock treatment. She's on a table with minimal safety restraints and she's using a mouthpiece - which some people equate with a gag, but not me because that would make watching the NFL, well, weird.

That's pretty much it.

Homeland did have a scene.
A middle aged woman gets handgagged in her parking garage. She is then shown in her apartment with the terrorist. She is tied to the chair with the rope around her upper torso and her arms are at her side. She is also gagged with duct tape around her mouth with a hole where her mouth supposed to be. After he shoots some woman, he leaves her apartment with her still tied to the chair. With her mmumphing and trying to scream for help.

And Claire Dane is tied to a gurney and has a mouth piece in her mouth as she is about to receive shock treatment. That's about it. Someone posted it in the database.

She is bound, but not gagged. Later, she is freed.
