Promo for this week on "The Young and the Restless" shows Melody Scott Thomas bound to a chair. No gag in the promo. "The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays on CBS. Canada gets episodes a day early. |

Since it must be removed, I would prefer that it be pulled down, so that it dangles around her neck as a reminder that it was either tied across her mouth or between her teeth a little while ago. I would prefer to have her rescuer remove her gag. |

The date is early 2011, and the pic pertains to this scene from Criminal Minds Suspect Behavior: |

The Moderator wrote: > Introspector wrote: > > What does mainstream even mean anymore? > Same as it always has. Since Mr. Moderator was busy doing his best David Byrne impression, I thought I'd pop in & help out a bit... Mainstream films can best be defined as commercial films that are made by major entertainment studios or companies that are owned by international media conglomerates. Because of better financing, these films can afford more expensive actors, wide releases or limited releases, and are sold at popular retail stores. Films made by major studios or companies that are not owned by a media conglomerate, such as LionsGate, are also considered to be mainstream and are often referred to as mainstream independent films. The alternative to mainstream films are low budget films, art films, and experimental films. Hope that explains everything to you... |

I would prefer to have her rescuer remove her gag. I love it when the damsel clears her throat &/or stretches her lips after the villain pulls the gag out of her mouth. (see Jodi Lynn O'Keefe in Nash Bridges) However, I'm much more a tap gag snob myself... |

Sunday January 08 12:52:21 2012 movie title |
there was a movie i saw as a kid and saw its bondage clip within the past 3 years about a native american girl kidnapped just outside of her village after witnessing some cowboys kill her brothers. 1 cowboy survived and caught her and using both his hand and her headband, gagged her while dragging her up the mountain to his cave hideaway. of course, later on, her village is destroyed and they leave together. but there was one did website that posted it for about a week, but they don't exist anymore. anyone know the name of the movie or at least point me in the right direction. i think it had "free" in the title. |

> The alternative to mainstream films > are low budget films, art films, and experimental films. > Hope that explains everything to you... My impression is that art films, experimental films, and low budget films are all "mainstream" for the purposes of this page, as are fashion magazines, advertising... almost anything that isn't pornography (or quasi-pornography, i.e. made purely to show a woman in bondage) or purely amateur (random people on you tube). |

Too bad she didn't get gagged here. Wow, really wasted chance for a nice mother and daughter gag scene. Perfect setup, held captive in a home, and thug even had to tell them to shut up. Jamie Luner showing her age a bit but still looks great. |

Agreed, SS. No offense, MagickRat, but your definition really isn't accurate within the context of this site. It in effect defines mainstream bondage scenes as basically being all fictional scenes in media that are NOT specifically intended for the appreciation of bondage fetish aficionados. Really, anything other than real-life bondage or anything with fetish/pornographic intent falls under the umbrella of a mainstream bondage scene. Of course, the Mod is the ultimate arbiter of this, because it's his page and his rules, but what I noted is in keeping with how I've seen it addressed on this site for 10 years now. |
