The UK Xfactor spin off. She was the host a while back, and in a sort of comedic scene she was bound and gagged by another woman.

That would be Seri DeYoung from an episode of Medium ('Means And Ends').

These last posts don't show actresses looking into the camera. They are looking past the camera. It's a totally different thing.

Agree with Sam. There's a big difference between those and the shots where the damsel is looking DIRECTLY into the camera, in which the camera is intended to be a character's POV, or the damsel is being filmed by a camera that exists WITHIN the reality (as in the Cosgrove pic). If we post pics where the damsel is looking at her captor slightly left or right of the camera, we'll be here all day.

Then again, I can't complain about a bunch of closeups of gagged damsels, so knock yourselves out.

(Cue some unsigned poster to call me an ass.)

It's most commonly known in the US as "Savage Abduction", one of my favorite scenes.
I remember there was an oversized video case back in the early 1980s that had much different cover art of a woman in panties suspended with ropes. I have never been able to find a copy of that cover tho. The scene depicted on that cover wasn't in the movie.

Pretty long scene with her tied to chair and duct-tape gagged at dinner table. Some mmmphing and close-ups. Mostly played for laughs as characters (including the Doyles) remark on her being tied up but carry on. Shannon looks hot.

Rebecca Koon appears to be looking directly into the camera while duct tape gagged during a close-up of her in That Darn Cat (1997) right before Christina Ricci is first shown bound and gagged. I'd post a screencap but I can only find ones with Ricci, none with Koon.

First 5 minutes there is also ungagged redhead tied to a chair while some old guy talk to her.
Shannon walks into the yard where the redhead is bound with sunglasses on wearing a lather jacket and a gun in her hand, she is plays a henchwoman.
The old guy joins the redhead as they are captives of Shannon, still no gag for the redhead.
20 minutes in, Shannon unties the redhead.
Then walks in another guy, Shannon turns around and redhead knocks her out when she turns her back.

22:30 minutes in:
Old guys kitchen, Shannon sits there with her sunglasses off and her gag on.
Some eye rolling, not a sound from Shannon who understands that the duct tape is a sign for her to shut up.
after 1:30 minutes it end.

Continues at 27:15 the main guy walks in and Shannon finally tries to talk but the tape gag won't let her.
The main guy want to know why is she tied up but the other guy tell him they are staying out of it.
So the main guy leave the old guy with Shannon who give out on making a sound again.
End at 28:18.
At 33:20 Shannon is alreay free (she used a wine opener the old guy foolishly let on the table).

Long LONG scene.

As far as I know, (which isn't very far), there's only one very quick scene involving a b&g'd maid.

Probably won't have much as it looks to be a social issues soap, but it's impossible to know before hand. Promos do show Sandra Echeverria getting handgagged on a beach, but she's saved quickly by the good guy.

Probably the soap replacing "Flor Salvaje" in March is a better bet for scenes. It was originally a "Charlie's Angels" knockoff about 3 female bodyguards called "Caidas del Cielo;" they've changed the name to "Corazon Valiente" and cut the number of bodyguards from 3 to 2 (played by Ximena Duque and Adriana Fonseca), and I'm sure there will be decent peril.

You can never tell, though. Before the recent upswing in scenes, Telemundo was going through a pretty dry period with late 2009 and 2010 producing almost nothing. "La casa de al lado" was a pretty big hit for them, so I'm sure they'll try to repeat its success with a similar serial killer soap sooner than later.

Don't think it's tape, just the gauze wrapped funny.

Minor scene for Nina Dobrev on Vamp Diaries tonight. About halfway thru, she gets tied standing against a post in a barn. No gag, and she manages to scrape the rope against a screw to cut herself loose after a few minutes.

Haywire
Just a heads up. Saw an advance screening of Haywire. Gina Carano gets handcuffed by State Troopers and put in the backseat of a squad car. She does the old hands under the legs and escapes. Scene itself is nothing great in terms of bondage but the movie is pretty kick ass.

La casa de al lado
Pilar's mother (Angelica maria) was shown bound and tape-gagged briefly in the second half of the episode. Carola (Ximena Duque) got a really long handgag.

LA CASA DE EL LADO
This is the telenovela that never stops giving, even on its last legs. There's an extensive handgag scene on Ximene Duque near the middle of the show, though she ends up getting the better of the crazy guy. Near the end the grandmother gets tape gagged for real this time by Raquel. And believe it or not Karla Monroig's partially paralyzed character shows up in the promos with a tape gag.

I still recall coming across this video in some nondescript video store in the Poughkeepsie, NY, area in 1988. Two young girls, one hot, one not quite as hot but still attractive, fall in with some bikers, finding their dangerous miens alluring. They party with them for a while, then the bikers suddenly turn on their newfound female friends, and bind and gag them. The gagging is rather elaborate, with cloths being stuffed into the girls' mouths, and the girls making imploring noises through their gags.
Yes, the video was in an oversize box. I think I watched this scene several times before returing the video.

Re: La Casa De Al Lado
In Thursday's episode:

"Carolla" (Ximena Duque) gets handgagged by "Adolpho". However, she gets loose and there is no bondage for her.

"Cecelia" (Angelica Maria) gets handgagged by "Raquel". Later, she is bound and gagged (tapegagged with gray duct tape).

A woman in a hospital wears a surgical mask.

"Rebeca" (Karla Monroig) struggles in her wheelchair to reach a phone. There are shots of her bare feet. She manages to dial the phone, but then she is found by "Raquel".

The preview for Friday's episode shows "Rebeca" (Karla Monroig) gagged (tapegagged with gray duct tape). You can not see in the preview if she is bound or not. The preview also shows "Pilar" and "Raquel" fighting.

The Mentalist
In tonight's new episode of "The Mentalist," guest star Kristy Wu has her hands cuffed in front around the 15 minute mark. She's stranded in the woods with Van Pelt (Amanda Rightetti). She gets uncuffed around the 25 minute mark. She attacks Van Pelt around the 50 minute mark, but Van Pelt overpowers her and Kristy gets her hands forcibly cuffed behind her back on screen. No gags.
