Yes she was captured along with the Chelsea Handler character. However the "capture" involved them being forced to drive around in their own car with one of the bad guys pointing a gun at them from the back seat. |

Friday February 17 07:45:39 2012 Lost Girl - S01E05; 'Dead Lucky' (featuring Ksenia Solo) |
Thanks to Sam for all the clips, but I just wanted to say that, even though the girl is a cutie, this particular kind of scene, with it's hands in front and frackin' barely-stuck-on tape "gag", it's just the kind of "scene" I despise so much I don't even bother to keep it. I mean, would it have killed them to use tape that, you know, actually sticks? Just a bit? Waste. I really don't consider crappy DiD material like this one as a true "scene". |

Yea, I get what you mean. Scenes like that aren't usually keepers even in my view, and it should be known by now that I'm pretty liberal when it comes to loosie scenes since I'm more into the visual aspect rather than stringency. Thing is, I tend to hold onto the throwaway scenes just in case a fellow DiD fan requests it later on, or I happen to become a fan of the actress; many times when I've seen a gal on TV/film that I like, I've been glad to find out from a dB check that she's also had a scene--ANY kind of scene, doesn't matter to me. It's all just completism in the end. I often feel like SOMEONE'S gotta archive this stuff, so I might as well do my part. |

But am I the only one who feels that a hero who uses a bow and arrow should maybe be confined to the Robin Hood era? Just seems kinda dumb these days. |

Green Arrow uses trick arrows as well as regular arrows. There ia a comic book story where Black Canary was bound and gagged and Green Arrow used a regular arrow to shoot her gag off. Black Canary then used her "canary cry" (sonic power) to defeat the villain. |

Friday February 17 22:36:56 2012 Crime Show |
Does anyone remember a scene on a truecrime show with a guy who kept a woman bound and gagged in a closet at a school or something? Vague childhood memory but would love to track it down! |
