| A lot of damsels get free simply to speed up the story of the movie/tv show. Do you ever see scenes that end too quickly just because keeping it up would slow down the story. One scene I would have extended if I had directing power is That Darn Cat (1997). The DID action came to an end when the amateur cop (Doug E. Doug) showed up and set Christina Ricci, Rebecca Koon, and the cat free. It would have made perfect sense to extend the scene after Doug dropping his gun put the kidnappers back in control. The Kidnappers chose to take off with the original kidnap victim (Koon) and leave the others free to chase them down. The kidnappers would have been better off tying up and gagging Ricci and Doug along with bagging up the cat before leaving since it would have given them a clean escape with nobody to track them down. Instead the potential damsel, putz, and cat were left free to eventually catch them in a car chase. Needless to say the final chase doesn't happen if the kidnappers decided to bound and gag Ricci and Doug before leaving. Anybody else have scenes where you wish you could play the role of director and extend a scene in a situation where it would actually make sense to do so? |

| Monday nights Castle episode had Castle and Beckett handcuffed to each other by their left arms for most of the episode. No gags of course. At the end Beckett quips "the next time we are cuffed together all night, let's do it without the tiger". Castle says "Next time?" End of episode. |

Main beef with the show is every frecking time Becket finds any trouble, Castle is with her. Don't want him in any scene, of course, and having him there just makes any gags just about impossible if she does get tied up. |

| ABC will not air the final episode, Episode 8, of the Charlie's Angels reboot. However, found this info online. "The last episode was in production when the series was canceled and also had a lesbian kiss between Eve (Kelly) and Abby (Taylor). This episode was not aired by ABC, but is being aired by Cinemax Latinoamerica on January 3rd, 4th and 7th of 2012." Does Cinemax Latinoamerica ring a bell with anyone? |

Extended scenes are nice, but I would have liked the villianess do an on screen binding and gagging. | Was idly looking over some reviewer's opinions of dvds being released today and saw one from France called "Point Blank" which is about a guy searching for his kidnapped wife. The reviewer said that it was pretty good. Just wondering whether anyone saw it and if so whether or not there is any bondage in it. Merci, y'all. |

Looked up the trailer (maybe you already did too) and there's nothing in it - just a woman I assume to be the wife being pulled away by another woman. (The wife is pretty but also pregnant, btw, in case that makes any difference to you.) Looks like an exciting movie and generally seems to have good reviews, but bottom line no clue if there's "a scene." |

Yep yep...although I will say at this point that I'd gladly take a scene of Castle tied up if it means one with the uber-hot Stana Katic in it!! She needs a gag in the worst way. |

Thanks for the information. The 8th episode was actually completed! Why is ABC not airing it? What is the point of not airing the last episode? This is ridiculous. | At halfway point, the African-America lady gets bronzed in tonight's holiday episode. Hands strapped near each side of head. No gag. At about 45 minute mark, Claudia gets one hand strapped in same situation as the first lady, except she shares the bronzing unit with the man, Artie. No gag. Repeats later at midnight and I think again tomorrow morning at either 8am or 9am |

I found this quote from Jessica on the damsel interview site. It doesn't mention anything about being knocked out and asleep. Here is the interview. I just didn't like the damsel-in-distress thing. I could relate to young girls wanting to see her take care of herself. And because I'm so good at action, I talked the writer and producer and director into throwing together a little fight sequence. It ended up taking three more weeks to shoot it. But at least I'm not tied up and asleep until my knight in shining armor comes and saves me. So I thought it was cool. |
