Thursday July 03 00:17:32 2008 FX show preview scenes |
A family member had some friends over, and at one point they were watching some sneak previews of this cop show The Shield on FX. One of the clips has what looks to be a great scene. |

The episode of "Profiler" in which Charlotte Ayanna is bound and gagged in her underwear and forced to listen to heavy metal music comes to mind when one asks about damsels bound and gagged in their underwear. |

The final season episodes will not premiere until September, so we will have to wait a while to view these scenes. Could someone please describe the scenes? |

Thursday July 03 09:01:58 2008 Faster, Pussycat! Remake! Remake! |
Yes, a remake of "Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!" is in the works. Quentin Tarantino will direct, and porn star Tera Patrick will star. The original had a B&G scene, so we'll hope QT keeps it in his remake. Unfortunately, it wasn't the lead character who got the treatment in the original, so we probably won't see Tera Patrick bound and gagged. Still, "Death Proof" proved that Tarantino knows how to pick sexy actresses, so I expect this movie to be big... very big. Tee-hee! |

Also a play called 'The Treatment' by Martin Crimp 'The Treatment, which premièred in 1993 and won the John Whiting Award. Set in New York, the play tells the story of Anne, a young woman whose husband, Simon, likes to tie her up and silence her with tape while telling her of “the beauty of the world”. She decides to leave him and soon meets two film producers, Jennifer and Andrew who become interested in making a film of her story. The story ends after it has travelled full-circle back to Anne bound and gagged on a bed |

Paula had one of the great missed-opportunities last year when she went undercover and was taken off in a van by the baddies, but she was able to string them along until the rest of her team showed up. This scene appears to be the actress who plays Shane's girlfriend. Can't recall her name, and haven't time to look it up, but she's quite attractive herself. |

"Google must divulge the viewing habits of every user who has ever watched any video on YouTube, a US court has ruled. The ruling comes as part of Google's legal battle with Viacom over allegations of copyright infringement. The viewing log, which will be handed to Viacom, contains the log-in ID of users, the computer IP address (online identifier) and video clip details. It is thought the ruling will apply to YouTube users and their viewing habits everywhere. Viacom, which owns MTV and Paramount Pictures, has alleged that YouTube is guilty of massive copyright infringement." |

YouTube's position is more complicated, of course. |

It's Shane's girlfriend all right, the one that he got pregnant and lives with, but it's not Franka Potente; she plays a European mobster that Shane's partnered up with. |

Shane is married, so the bound and gagged damsel in the video clip is his WIFE, not his girlfriend. I don't recall whether Shane's relationship with Franka Potente's character is purely platonic, so she may be his girlfriend. |
