I c&p it from the same post you got above.
There was a photo of Tricia Helfer bound to the radiator
sitting on the floor but there was no gag. I added the
Ungagged word to the c&p text based on that photo.

Hmmm, that may have been the serial I was thinking of.

And I think?
The Six Million Dollar Man, Ep: "Wine, Women And War" ?

I have to get organised and find that list

Re: "Tie her up" spoken
That line is spoken by the villainess in the episode of Ashes to Ashes where Keeley Hawes is knocked out and tied up. Tossing rope at her partner, the villainess says, "Tie her up," then she tosses a towel to him and says, "Gag her, too."

Combining the tied up sitter and the spoken "tie her up" thread, in the movie Fuller Brush Girl Lucille Ball gets mistaken for a babysitter and is left in charge of four brats. Just before Lucy arrives the brats are shown playing cowboys and indians amongst themselves, foreshadowing Lucies fate, and one of the boys says as he and his brother tie up their sister, "Tie her up good and tight!"

B&B Update
For those wondering about the honey covered damsel
on Bold and the Beautiful:
Thursday's ep ended with the damsel Donna(Jennifer Gaeris)
staring down the wrong end of a big shotgun being told
"Don't Move" as she was trying to leave the cabin.
The baddie Pam disabled cell and land phones.
Action should take place on Friday with a holiday weekend
cliffhanger concluding on Tuesday. CBS is showing golf on
the Monday holiday. She's wearing a nice outfit for being
in the woods (skirt, heels). Should be a sweet scene. ;)

Hamlet 2 Review
Interesting Nancy Drew reference

'Mr. Fleming has directed two features before this, last year's Nancy Drew and the 2003 remake of Arthur Hiller's The In-Laws, and like his latest endeavor they all have the comfort of well-regulated amusement. That the laughs in Nancy Drew would be bound and gagged by the laughs in Hamlet 2 doesn't matter; that they share a lack of consistency does.'

Not exactly this, but kinda sorta is one of the few redeeming moments in the movie Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me (I think). I forget exactly what happens - the villain maybe says "They (the two girls) will have to stay here," or he just pulls out some rope or something, and one of the girls screams "No - don't tie us up!" So either she's a quick study or it's not the first time it's happened to her. Not enough to make up for a disappointing movie though imho.

The Birthday Present
Barbara Vine's latest novel is an 80's based tale of political scandal and kidnap fantasies. It concerns a British MP who arranges for his Girlfriend to be kidnapped bound and gagged as part of a game,
Should be something prior to that and the publishers are playng up the bondage angle from the look of the cover

Re: "Tie her up" spoken
"Put on gag on her mouth!" directed at Lynda Carter playing the part of Diana Prince in the "starships are comming." It was a dramatic moment. This was first time I had seen Ms. Carter gagged after three years of wishing. By that time I never thought it would happen. As I watched, I just figured that she would get tied to the chair--ropes no gag like in so many other episodes. Then then came the order to "Put a gag on her mouth." I watched stunned as the actor tied the black cloth between her teeth and pulled it tight. Lynda played the part perfectly. The beauty queen tried to screem and struggled while the director gave us several close-ups of her red lips wrapped around the black gag. Her blue eyes searching for a way out while she mubled through the cloth is one of the perfect models for a D.I.D. role.

Not really, considering it ran ten years or so. It's
basically a lawyer show. There were a total of three
decent scenes, and bunch of minor ones. See the DB.

Re: "Tie her up" spoken
I dare say ANY Republic serial with bondage contained must feature the phrase at some point. "Manhunt on Mystery Island", again with Linda Stirling, is one. I suspect the lovely Linda heard those words spoken every couple of chapters! Along with the likes of Kay Aldridge and Lorna Gray to name but a few.

Upcoming Street Fighter (Chun Li) movie possibilities
Maybe I missed the boat on this a few months ago, but I was pumped to hear that there is a Street Fighter movie focusing on Chun Li coming out in 2009 with Kristin Kreuk as the title character and Moon Bloodgood of Daylight fame as a cop after the villains. Hopefully these ladies meet some ropes or chains in this movie.
