The resultant calculated times are approximate, not exact, but are sufficiently accurate. The calculated times will give the viewer a very good idea of when the scenes will occur in the televised broadcast.

Yes, she does! While selling door to door, Lucy gets mistaken for a babysitter and the mom leaves her with her wild brood who have been playing cowboys and indians all day. Realizing she's stuck sitting the brats whether she likes it or not, she goes through the house looking for them. The brats stand at their bedroom door holding lassos and the leader shouts, "We're in here!" Lucy then comes through the door and gets lassoed.
We then cut to the real babysitter arriving. She rings the bell and hears Lucy screaming and the brats whooping like injuns. She sitter then rushes in and finds Lucy tied to the bunk beds, no gag, and the brats shooting at her with cap guns. The brats even have a fire burning in the room. The real sitter then proceeds to put out the fire and starts to untie Lucy.
Next we see the sitter and a beat up looking Lucy emerge from the house. The brats, btw, have been given a taste of their own medicine by the two ladies.
The real babysitter, btw, is played by the same woman who played the mom of the twins who also tie up babysitter Lucy in the Amateur Hour episode of I Love Lucy. I'd have liked to have seen her get tied up as well in Fuller Brush Girl.

Not necessarily nor likely. Most stations show longer segments of a movie at the beginning and load the back end with more commercials, while showing shorter movie sequences as the movie reaches its climax with the expectation that the viewer will watch through the commercials to make sure not to miss the movie's ending.
For instance, they may show 20-25 minutes from the beginning to the first commerical break, then over the 1st half, will shorten to 20 minutes, then down to 15.
By the end, the movies segments may be 10 minutes or less.
Also, the commercial breaks will lengthen.

Automan
I enjoyed watching the clip on Raffish, with Laura Brannigan B&G.Its something I've never forgotten, and its one of my favourite scenes.I can only remember one other scene in the show. The actress is being kidnapped, and is B&G lying behind the driver's seat.Pretty good scene too.

Somebody posted a still of it once here (probabily from the trailer and not the movie) and it seems like Eva Green was bound behind her back loosely by a rope or cable as the car comes by. TV slow motion could be misleading. But still, certainly a disappointment.

She is Katy Johnson (Record number: 1640 ) from 'Karate Warrior 5' ('Il ragazzo dal Kimono d'oro 5'), a type of Karate Kid.

Was n't there another scene in Automan where Heather McNair is it? Gets lead towards a van/car tied and gagged for a few secs until that pesky Automan and his sidekick save the day.

Pretty sure Lysette is NOT the damsel in this vid. Checked the IMDB and it's not in her filmography and it does n't really look like her either.

She was in other 80's videos like Summer of 69 and Run To You (Bryan Adams) so no big stretch she would be in Street of Dreams

Looks like here to me, and it says as much on her wikipedia article.

BTW, what's with all the psychiatrists in 80's music videos? (rhetorical question)

HBO's Cathouse
Does anyone know the relevant episode where some of the girls are bound and gagged? There's nothing in the DB.

Or were there any damsels B&G by psychiatrists, besides Mayo in Mitty?

Question from Rob's Damsels Site
Do You Know This Scene?

.it's an American series, roughly mid 70's i THINK that it's set around a law firm although not 100 on that, similar to The Mod Squad in style [hey it may even be that show that's how vague i am] !!!

The scene i recall is the bad guy getting unmasked in the office and grabbing the prettiest girl to make good his get-a-way with the usual "don't follow me or girlie gets it" line! Next the good guys are slowly creeping along a corridor [on maybe another floor of the law firm offices] trying to find said girlie, then they find her alone, tied and gagged in an unused office which has glass walls facing the corridor but she was hidden behind a solid part of the wall.

Thank you now I remember, in fact I searched for a trailer to confirm:

http://www.apple.com/trailers/sony_pictures/casinoroyale/

Though I could've sworn there was a different one showing her ankles in a wider shot.

I do agree however, it was a disappointment. ***SPOILER*** In fact, so was the character, Vespa. She originally was supposed to be a true Femme Fatale that justified Bond's later 'sexism' yet they gave her an excuse for betraying him in the end. I would guess but can't confirm the removal of the extra bondage shot along with the character re-write was in response to the usual feminist outrage - it's happened before, in fact, with the Rainbow video "Street of Dreams" just mentioned here (can't explain the inconsistency though). There were actual calls of complaint when that video first aired so they moved it to the overnite schedule.

It wasn't a rewrite or an excuse, thats the way it ends in the book.
