Re: Into the Blue scene on tv?
Jessica Alba is the second A-list actress to be bound and gagged by Josh Brolin; Reese Witherspoon was the first. I don't think that any other actor shares this distinction. Marisa Tomei was bound and gagged by Keanu Reeves, but I don't think that he has bound and gagged any other A-list actresses. Naomi Watts was bound and gagged by Michael Pitt in "Funny Games", but the other actress he bound and gagged, in "Murder By Numbers", was a rather obscure one.
Cameron Diaz has been bound and gagged three times, but by different people each time. Actually, her captors were all A-list actors" Morgan Freeman and Holly Hunter, Harvey Keitel, and John Cusack. Teri Hatcher has been bound and gagged ELEVEN times, but I don't think that she has been bound and gagged by the same person twice.

Re: Into the Blue scene on tv?
Speaking of Into the Blue a sequel is being made for release either next year or the year after. No guarantee for a scene but the premise is the same so its something to keep an eye on.

Scenes in Books
Recently I read two books that had some scenes in them. "Gone" by Lisa Gardner is about the kidnapped wife of an FBI profiler. Shes taped, hands-in-front throughout most of the book.

"Killing Fear" by Allison Brennan is about a serial killer. It includes more than one scene, though they are all of the violent variety. The last one includes a tape gag.

I am getting ready to go on vacation in a few weeks. I'd like to have some reading material to enjoy. The last two years you good folks have been kind enough to make some suggestions. I'd like your help again.

Any ideas?

I hope that the outpouring of condolences from this community provides you at least a small bit of solace and comfort.

Truly life's biggest tragedy. So sorry you had to experience it.

She'll always be with you.

Just for the record ...
I just checked and there are 52 scenes with ballgags in mainstream TV shows and films according to the database. Just a few years ago, there were maybe a dozen such scenes. I think it's catching on.

comic covers in October
A couple of comics to look for this October: Shanna Queen of the Jungle will have a cover where she's standing with her limbs in an "X" position, bound to two poles. Red Sonja will have a cover where she's bound to something (tree, mast, stalagmite?), arms behind, while a tentacle-y monster approaches. Neither is gagged. Important to note that both comics will have three different covers for all the anally retentive, non-financially challenged fans. In both cases only one of the three is a bondage cover.

Not really for the light reader, but for the completist two literary books I read lately with scenes in them are Manzoni's The Betrothed (400-plus page itallian romance novel from the 19th century, girl is kidnapped and bound and gagged otm for like one page, not really worth reading just for that) and Woman in the Dunes by Kobo Abe, which has a longer scene (probably in the movie version too though I've never seen it). Been Down So Long It Looks Like Up To Me by Richard Farina also had a little scene on the last page or so of the book, pretty surprising.

As far as light reading, I read Face Behind the Mask by John Minihan, which had a couple scenes in it I believe (I think I found that book either from you or from someone else on this board) and it was a very quick read- I think I finished that book in one night.

Yes, you're right. My apologies. I don't think Delroy Lindo is quite as famous as Morgan Freeman, but Holly Hunter certainly qualifies as an A-list actress.

You might be talking about the scene from the black eyed peas horrendous web series, "Instant Def" where they act like idiots because Snickers paid them alot

She is knocked out and tied up by her evil twin (i love evil twins) Its incredibly short, but she struggles like a champ

I'll put the link on the video page

Very lame. If you decide to watch it, you'll have to use the pause button to catch the one good part.

Otherwise, it's a waste of time, film and oxygen.
