Okay this is tricky. This is a television series but it continues from week to week, with each episode ending in a cliffhanger. So technically it could be called a serial much in the way "Dallas" or "Dynasty" might be called a television serial. BUT some episodes have been edited together to make two hour movies, so your guess is as good as mine. The kids network WAM ran this show a couple of years back, both in the series and movie form.

"Okay this is tricky. This is a television series but it continues from week to week, with each episode ending in a cliffhanger."

Going by this, say the "Feature Film" ref was away wide of the net then.

"Or is it a movie, as one site Jay L. found says it is?"

On this,
found some more names for reference:

"Bloodsucking Freaks" revision
Yeah, I know it's long. Sorry about that. There's a lot to say, and the current entry is nowhere close to sufficient IMHO.
--
Yikes! While the original database entry doesn't reflect it, the first hour of this movie is pretty much a wall-to-wall bondage-fest. Warning: it's a Troma flick, with all that this implies with respect to gratuitous torture, violence, and gore, and most of the damsels herein don't come to a happy end. While I'm not a big fan of such cruelty in movies, there are many minutes of bondage footage here that are mostly untainted by it: one just needs to have good mental editing capabilites. So here's the scene list, with times:
0:03 -- In an extended shot, a nude, cleave-gagged blonde is shown being hoisted out of a wooden crate by chains attached to her elbows with leather cuffs. A moment later, we see her strapped to a chair, with one strap around her waist and two more binding her wrists to the chair arms. (We never see whether her ankles are tied.) The gag has come off at this point, but it's quickly reapplied onscreen -- then mysteriously vanishes again in the next shot. (What, you expect continuity out of a movie called "Bloodsucking Freaks"?) Unfortunately, she's been tortured to death by 0:07, but she gets to struggle quite a bit before said torture begins.
0:16 -- A nude brunette is spreadeagled on a lab table with leather cuffs around her wrists, waist, and (we assume) ankles. An evil dwarf attaches alligator clips to her nipples and proceeds to torture her with electric shocks for several minutes.
0:26 -- Dressed in a rather fetching leotard, heroine Krem is ambushed by the evil dwarf, who shoots what we assume is a tranquilizing blow-dart into her neck. She attempts to flee, but she's quickly cornered and brought down. Cut to shots of her clawing at a collar around her neck, which is attached to two chains held by the ED's dominatrix pal. Meanwhile, the ED goes about binding her ankles with rope, then cutting off her leotard with scissors. (While we don't get much of a view at this point, the thought is surely appreciated.)
0:29 -- Uh oh: Krem's been suspended by her wrists, dressed in a one-piece black lingerie item that simply must be seen to be believed. Dark humor ensues as the ED inflicts auditory torture on our heroine by banging cymbals together.
0:33 -- Yet another nude blonde finds herself strapped to a chair: wrists to chair arms and ankles spread, with a wide strap around her waist for good measure. Unfortunately, her captor is inclined toward a particularly sadistic form of dentistry, which she ultimately doesn't survive. Mental editing, people.
0:42 -- The ED and his master take turns shooting darts at a target which is painted upon the nether regions of yet another nude blonde who is bent over a piece of furniture. While we never see the bonds, I'm fairly certain that she wouldn't -- and, indeed, couldn't -- be holding that position voluntarily.
0:47 -- The lights come up on yet *another* disposable blonde, this time strapped at wrists and ankles to a vertical X-frame. She's wearing a knotted t-shirt, miniskirt, and cleave gag, none of which lasts even as long as it took me to type this. "Torture" ensues by means of the X-frame being extended outwards by all of two inches. Our damsel, to her credit, screams her head off. (Damn drama queens.)
0:50 -- Um, yeah, another blonde. This unfortunate damsel finds herself locked into a guillotine, with the rope that restrains the killing blade clenched between her teeth. After a round of spanking by the ED, she simply can't hold out. Eccch.
...and that's all for the bondage, folks, though plenty more exploitation of other sorts rounds out the rest of the flick.

Great! Thanks for your help, CM. I've broken the identified scenes into three different entries, so if WAM or another network ever runs the shows again, we'll have a shot at IDing them.

David:
Got some rough translated info from a foreign site.
Like to have it here, in case we get some assist from the poster. Only problem is it conflicts with the IMDB in some cases?

Record number: 7506
Title: Legend of the Hidden City, The
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Several unknowns

Description: Unknown episode.

Subpar Haggard/Burroughs fantasy adventure series from South Africa (1997).

A lovely young lady is seen bound spreadeagle fashion on an altar preparatory to being sacrificed to primitive gods. Earlier, she is also shown seated on the floor inside a native hut, her wrists bound astern to a roof support pole.

__________

Earlier ref:
"Dean and Thebo are captured by the inhabitants of the lost city; Nina, it, is removed by the rebels and escapes from little from a ritual sacrifice."

Now IMDB has Gina Borthwick as playing a Queen,
but,
also rough info on foreign sites that suggests she played character Nina Saunders?
Sounds roughly entry #7506 occurs between Ep: 2 & Ep: 7?

Haven't had any luck with a Gina photo to show the poster and possibly confirm this though as yet?

Recent Sci Fright Entry?
Record number: 7517

Title: Sci Fright
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Rachel Grant

Description: British TV series airing on their Sci-Fi channel. Rachel plays Nina, the show's rather odd host, who introduces a double feature of awfully frightening (or is it frighteningly awful) horror and sci-fi films each week. For one film's introduction, she wore a bad blonde wig, was strapped to a wheelchair and sported a black cloth detective gag.

________

Must have mucked up the original entry for this one when working on it before?
Here's some relevant info from the reference post on the previous entry:

Re: Editing Problem

"Sci-Fright
Am still editing this one,
Rachel Grant is a hostess of a show similar to Elvira Mistress Of The Dark

Working the movies which may work as the ep title. Pit And Pendulum may be one?"

______

Okay,
Just checked the UK Sci-Fi channel air sched, and once again appears Pit And Pendulum just aired along with Catacombs,
same as Pit And Pendulum aired right before this entry the first time it was entered?

Sound good for episode ID David?

I'm the editor that fleshed this entry out solely by doing some research on the Sci Fright show. It was pretty vague before, I think.

I haven't a clue for which movies this scene served as the wraparound. Unless somebody has actually viewed the scene, I don't think we're going to get there by looking at their schedule, unless it describes Nina's scenes, too. Just MHO, though.

Given the discrepancies with the information we've got to work with, I think plenty of question marks would be in order as to actress and episode title. I'll rely on your best judgment.

"I'm the editor that fleshed this entry out solely by doing some research on the Sci Fright show. It was pretty vague before, I think."

Yeah, recall original one being vague when checking into it.
Going by notes from the May entry,
This recent entry more descriptive to her being a hostess for movie airings.

One thing I have down from May entry, that not in recent one, was the scene apparently took place in an asylum.

"I haven't a clue for which movies this scene served as the wraparound."

Just figured on Pit And Pendulum due to it airing shortly before both entries.
But,
believe Catacombs may have aired first time along with Pit & Pendulum?
Have to check into this some more.
