Codename: Gorilla (#3977)
Title: Codename: Gorilla
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Cristina Marsillach

Description: Episode: "Corilla and the Corsicans"

European series.

I've just seen this film on German TV. The description is totally wrong.

Marsillach (better known from Dario Argentos Opera) has a chloroform scene near the end of the film. She wears a blouse and jeans.

The next scene has her tied to a chair in a basement, feet bound, arms behind the back and rope below and above her chest. She's gagged with white cloth (!) The scene lasts only for about 10 seconds. She mmphs and struggles a little.

The next scene has her shaking off the ropes and the gag. After running up the stairs she's grabbed by the villain andused as a shield. She remains untied, though.

La Piovra again
I would be only too happy if I could help. Two problems:
The series aired in an unusual way, with short seasons of maybe half a dozen episodes, for several years, at least nine seasons I think. I only watched the early seasons.

Worse: I still have to find an episode guide. That's a tough one, and even if I succeed eventually, it will most certainly turn out to be Italian. But I don't give up hope.

Okay, before I sort this one:

IMDB has this as TV Movie
So figure #7689 was an attempt to correct #7688?

Now, he's got same description for all, apartment scene, so don't believe trying to alert us to other scenes in this film?
Going by this movie's official site, got this for actress ID from the message board.

I'll put the message board ref here:

Re: Point of Origin

"There are a number of facts that make it unclear that Orr is the arsonist. The most major is the fact that when the arsonist set fire to the apartment building with the young woman (from the convenience store) tied up inside, Orr was supposed to be with his mistress."

Here is site links for anyone wanting to take a crack at it:

Figure we'll probably luck out this way,
the fellas in the US who received the show will either look it up/cap it and someone here will recognise it.

Agree that sorting Italian episodes/actresses without Italian assistance is a major bugger.
Like with the Tiromancino video. :)
