Reference nr 2886
Episode "Most wanted" It says in the present description: "The second character, Katherine (Connelly), is found (I won't say where, it might ruin the show for some people) bound (hands behind back) and gagged with silver duct tape" As is obvious, if you look at the clip at G-mans rerun theater, it should be: ......for some people) wrists taped together in front with silver duct tape, and gagged with the same universal material. As many damsels before her in the same predicament, it hasn´t occured to her that she can easily pull the gag off. |

Record number: 2886 Title: Nash Bridges Medium: TV Series Actress: Lisa McCullough, Kristy Connelly Description: Episode: "Most Wanted" (3.9) The first character, Tysa DeFranco (McCullough), is found sitting in the gym shower tied up (hands in front) and gagged with sports wrap (Her male manager is also sitting beside her. The second character, Katherine (Connelly), is found (I won't say where, it might ruin the show for some people) bound (hands behind back) and gagged with silver duct tape. Action begins around the last 15 minutes. ________ "As is obvious, if you look at the clip at G-mans rerun theater, it should be: ......for some people) wrists taped together in front with silver duct tape, and gagged with the same universal material." You quoted one scene, there were two in this entry. Are you saying both scenes in this ep were hands in front? |

"As many damsels before her in the same predicament, it hasnīt occured to her that she can easily pull the gag off." Don't really see the need for humour like this in the Data-Base? From the Add to the Data-Base Page Instructions: "4. Try to be objective when you write the descriptions. Details of how, what, length, that sort of thing are much more important than your opinion of the scene. It's best to let people make up their own minds about it." Going by this, and know you realise the ladies are given a script and directions, figure that would be a better acid humour crack over on Discussion Page? |

No. I have no suggestions for changes for the first scene. The second scene IS hands in front. If you cared to see the clip on G-mans site, you would agree. What I suggested was a change for the sentence describing scene number two. |

Not discussions. That would be "moderated" immediately. AG? Ha! So maybe you are right, humoruos remarks have no place in DB. Forget the sentence. Anyway, I was just trying to contribute. I am SO sorry. (and honestly I dont really understand your tone) |

The second scene IS hands in front." Got it. "If you cared to see the clip on G-mans site, you would agree." Okay, take your word for it. Second scene has been corrected. |

Thursday August 08 13:53:55 2002 Re: [#2886] One Question? |
So, Jay, if you
1) changed the present description (one sentence) with the one I suggested, 2) Removed the sentence "As many damsels before her in the same predicament, it hasn´t occured to her that she can easily pull the gag off." from that, -you would have a description of the scene without humourous comments, but quite a bit more accurate than the one before. I hope this helps you. |

That would be "moderated" immediately. AG? Ha!" Well, seen the fellas crack jokes about "hands in front" scenes quite abit on Discussion Page. Haven't noticed any negative responses about it from the Moderator myself. "So maybe you are right, humoruos remarks have no place in DB. Forget the sentence. Anyway, I was just trying to contribute." I am SO sorry. (and honestly I dont really understand your tone)" Not following you here my friend? Know you were trying to contribute here. Question was whether you still wanted the "having fun with Kristy Connelly" joke in the entry, after reading Instruction #4? If nobody has a problem with it? I'll go and add the joke to the entry myself. |

If you want to add something about the lack of logic behind a frontal bind, go ahead ... it's been beaten to death, though. But your point about where the focus should be for that gaffe made sense ... put it on the folks behind the camera, not the character. |
