My mistake was saying Julia saw no bondage. I should have said she was not gagged at any point in the storyline. She was tied up at some point. Sorry for confusion. |

Entry 7656
Lisa Marie Pollock is in fact gagged in this movie. We can see at least 3 flashbacks in the first 40 minutes of the movie. In all these flashbacks (very quick scenes) Lisa is cleave gagged with a red scarf. These flashbacks are "visions" of the leading actress, Nicole Eggert. |

Monday July 22 11:55:04 2002 Marcy Walker scenes |
Marcy Walker's scenes from late 1980s early 1990s are mostly incomplete or missing. Here are the details on Palace Guard scene and soap scenes to follow:
Record number: 1030 Title: Palace Guard Medium: TV Series Actress: Marcy Walker Description: Unknown episode In this very short-lived CBS series, it only last a few episodes, Walker's character is grabbed by bad guys and held for exchange. When lady villian calls Walker's partner to make demand, we get one very brief shot of Walker tied to a chair wearing a white blouse gagged with white tape. Camera cuts to Walker at the very second lady villian reaches to pull tape off. The shot of Walker has her eyes closed and wincing as tape is removed. If only the camera had shown Walker just one or two seconds earlier, we could have had a great closeup of Walker with her eyes open and white tape-gagged. This was second time in her career bad directing, bad timing and bad camerawork ruined a white tape-gag scene (see Santa Barbara entries.) |

Monday July 22 12:01:01 2002 Marcy Walker in Santa Barbara |
Record number: 3044
Title: Santa Barbara Medium: Soap Opera Actress: Marcy Walker Description: Walker's character Eden is held by two thugs in a hotel room. When she mouths off, bad guy handgags her and says: "No, no, no, be a lady. Or else I put tape on your mouth." She quiets down but later mouths off again, at which time bad guy tells his partner: "Put tape on that girl's mouth and stick her in the closet." We don't see the taping on screen and with her partner now in the room, Eden is shown twice in extreme closeups gagged with white tape in the closet. Lighting is obviously poor and tape is very sloppliy applied. |

Monday July 22 21:27:09 2002 2244, 4458 |
I just watched my prerecorded VHS copy of Striking Distance and there's a scene between the two mentioned in record 2244. At about the 35 - 40 minute mark we see the feet, ankles and calves of another victim with the ankles tied separately to the front legs of a chair. Then we see Bruce Willis reacting to what he hears over the phone: gagged wimpering, a gunshot, followed by silence.
Also, to be more precise than the record as it currently stands, Sarah Jessica Parker's wrists are cuffed behind the back of her chair, not tied. Re: record 4458, Trudy is seated in a chair with her ankles bound separately to the front legs. There's a bomb rigged to the chair. IIRC, this is lasts quite a while, cutting back and forth between her predicament and other action. I wish I got TNN, this is a grail for me. |

Got 'em. Thanks, Rich!
Coupla questions, though. For the Striking Distance scenes, we're talking about three scenes with two damsels, right? For the Miami Vice scene, I threw this scene in the database solely on the strength of one Didcap, but I'm positive that cap showed her with her wrists bound overhead. Are we talking the same scene, or did Didcap have the wrong episode identified? |

I noticed the entry posted with the alert didn't include the caveat I added about Ann Magnuson's scene being cut from COMEDY CENTRAL showings. A moot point when it airs on SHOWTIME, as it does tonight ... but why has it been removed? Has an editor seen a later COMEDY CENTRAL airing which included that scene? What up? |
