An Unexpected Bondage Quote

For people who like hearing actresses reference bondage, the link is to an article about a movie being promoted at comic-com. When the director gave away a specific plot detail Charlize Cheron said, "Put a gag ball on it, seriously."

I remember her old scene from the Rin Tin Tin TV show. It was an excellent scene. It was back in 1990.

This is a more plausible scenario. I should've remembered that Ms. Preston is no stranger to being bound and gagged herself. They may have compared notes on being bound and gagged. I would love to read a transcription of their conversation!

Rip Kirby
Do you guys ever noticed that Rip Kirby comics are full of damsels in distress situations?. Besides dozens of handgags and other actions of our interest there are at least five stories including b&g scenarios. Unfortunately i dont know the english titles. Good hunt.

Police Woman - Angie Dickinson
There is a database entry for Angie Dickinson in the TV series POLICE WOMAN. It says "On the opening credits there is a great close-up of Angie being cleave-gagged with a bandanna." It does not give an episode title.

Is this during the credit sequence (with the theme song) that appears at the beginning of every episode or is this during the preview for a particular episode that appears before the credit sequence?

Is there such a scene in the episode itself?

It's in the opening title for every episode. (Well, it looks like that, at least). I've never seen the actual episode it was taken from, if i8t wasn't cut.

I believe the database is incorrect.

Does anyone have proof of this? I used to watch that show and would remember this.

I do remember the summer replacement show "Strange Report" on NBC had such a scene with its female lead in the opening credits.

You tube has several different versions of the Police Woman opening. None has a clip of Angie being cleave-gagged.

I have seen the POLICE WOMAN opening credit sequence (which includes the theme song) many times and I never saw a shot of Angie Dickinson gagged.

I echo the question: Does anyone have proof of this?

The "proof" would consist of someone having seen it. I have seen it about 500 times, and it looks to me as if her mouth is being covered with something. That's all I can do for you.

You have actually seen this? What do you mean "it looks like that, at least"? Are you sure it is from POLICE WOMAN? Are you sure it is Angie Dickinson?

I hope that you don't mind my skepticism. As I mentioned in my previous post, I have seen the POLICE WOMAN opening credit sequence many times and I never saw a shot of Angie Dickinson gagged. If this shot does exist, it would be a major discovery.

Don't want to go back and forth with you about it.

Yeah, I've never seen it either, nor any indication that she was ever gagged on the series. I've wondered about this database listing for a while and figured it was scene creep. I suppose it's also possible that she was gagged in some unaired pilot, and a clip from this appeared in an early (and lost to history) version of the opening credits, but that's totally unfounded speculation on my part. Weird stuff like that happens sometimes.

It doesn't.

It's conceivable that the shot of her falling behind a steering wheel on the opening sequence could be mistakenly viewed as "something covering her mouth".

She was never gagged on the series. Period.
