Dunno about "prime top cop", but Beth Cordingly was B&G twice in her uniform on The Bill. |

I know Missy will be a good DID tonight. The Heather Locklear seen in "Obsession" will always be best and it's possible there was more as the episodes were likely cut for syndication. |

Wrists taped front, gagged with duct tape at 8 minutes in. The actress' name is Melanie Neige Scrofano. Missy's scenes start at about 47 minutes in, when she is running an illegal search at a storage locker. She finds pics of other b&g rape victims, then is knocked out. Comes to sitting against a pole, hands behind her back, ankles taped, and tape gagged. The killer tries to strangle her, can't perform while she's watching, and uses more tape to blindfold her. She gets rescued by her partner, who really takes his time in making the arrest and getting her untied. All in all, a very good scene. |

| So anyway, that scene was awesome. Loved the rare use of tape as a blindfold, & the tapegags on both damsels looked well-sealed. Just great. Totally puts her earlier one in Reaper to shame, and IMHO we have yet another candidate for scene of the year (and we're only just over half way through '11). |
