Per's Cap Site Possible?, from ref notes, Mutant X, episode: "In the Presence of Mine Enemies" (1.8) Reagan Pasternak This ep was on US air-sched closest to when similar scene mentioned that had kidnap in descript. Only notes had to go on this one Ep: "In the Presence of Mine Enemies" gs: Reagan Pasternak (Toni Quintana) Joy Tanner (Kendra Makovoy) "Jesse is in love with Toni, a computer hacker and new mutant. Eckhart, concerned about the fact that Proxy Blue knows about him, wants the virtual newscaster silenced. He employs Kendra, who gets close to Toni and then kidnaps her and puts her to work for Genomex duplicating Proxy Blue with Eckhart's message. Toni slipped a virus into Sanctuary's computers, mostly out of curiosity and the challenge. However, Genomex may be able to trace Sanctuary through her equipment: the computers may or may not have been fried by a stray blast from Brennan. Mutant X has never been able to penetrate Genomex in simulations. Toni manages to slip out the weakness in Genomex's defenses via one of her fake Proxy transmissions, and the team manages to rescue her and leave Eckhart's computers crippled. Toni joins the underground as a wandering troubleshooter, although she and Jesse still plan to get together." |

Thank you for the link to the guide Jay. I found it: (Quotes from same guide:)
AMBER and TRUDY get got by a mysterious attacker... (Tribe 3, ep 18) The MALL RATS are ready to celebrate at their celebration dinner. But what's taking AMBER and TRUDY so long? They're missing! NED finds a ransom note; "If you want to see AMBER and TRUDY again, hand over the GUARDIAN"S<caron> (Tribe 3, ep 19) ALICE discovers another ransom note! The kidnapper can't spell. NED thinks they should hand over the GUARDIAN and get AMBER and TRUDY back. Prisoners of the kidnapper(s), TRUDY and AMBER comfort each other.(Tribe 3, ep 20) Meanwhile the captives wonder why NED's taking such a long time to bring them food, and why BRAY's taking such a long time to rescue them. They try to keep the faith. AMBER and TRUDY are hungry. What's taking their feeder so long? AMBER and TRUDY finally hear someone approaching, but it's the maniacal GUARDIAN. He's got unresolved issues with the Ex-Supreme Mother. EBONY arrives just in time to rescue AMBER and TRUDY from the evil GUARDIAN. They return to the Mall. (Tribe 3, ep 24. ...............end of quote............. So, they are kidnapped in ep 3.18, seen tied in ep 3.20 (AND shortly for feeding in ep 3.21 that's not mentioned but I taped it) and seen tied again, freeing themselves from the ropes and released in ep 3.24. Sorry for all the fuzz, and thanks again. This not being AG I will not tell what I think of TV2's episode numbering system. |

I was wrong, the scene was later than the numbers I gave.
And the scene with Ebony tied and gagged that you pointed out was aired a long time ago! That's life. |

Also, according to TVtome this is the only Mutant X ep she was in. So I will go with that, thanks. Again from pictures I think the damsel in scene 1 may be Karen Cliche, but that's harder since she is a regular. |

Just recent, our friend Raffish posted up Die Rettungsflieger, ep: "In Der Schusslinie" over on Discussion page. (Wednesday October 29 02:07:03 2003) Show's title, episode title, everything translated different in French, different order in our air-scheds. If wasn't for the efforts of our friend Peter de K, (and another fella), with the reference posts, figure this one would've aired unnoticed here. Pain in the arse for all of us. |

How about the Tribe?
I could make a new entry based on the old plus the new info, if you think. |

> Yessir! Look what I found: > How did you figure this Jay? You can do same. Most of the posters here from the US, the epguides site (homepage link) will give you a date when first aired in US. When an 'Unknown Ep' TV entry first shows in DB, I'll check epguides & mark that one. Because of the passing around tapes worldwide, I have the address of fellas to use postal codes to bring up their scheds. For repeats or what airing elsewhere, etc. You take all the episodes of the show aired around time entry appeared, and check the episode guide for favoured description. In Mutant X case, that one of the favoured. Sometimes too many, that when ask Brian for ISP originating to narrow it down. I'll post up some of the better overseas ones you can use if don't know fellas over there, or their postal codes. |

"I'll post up some of the better overseas ones you can use if don't know fellas over there, or their postal codes" Change this for your European neighbours in UK, a good one (for today). http://uktv.tv/2003/10/29/ then if you want to check previous day?, http://uktv.tv/2003/10/28/ You get the idea. Ones like this save you going to each individual channel in a particular country. All at once. Love these. |

The main nuisance, and a couple others are the ones we require "proof" from, as they have a history of learning Brian's guidelines and requests, then breaking them, or posting Fake entries. We know who they are, why they ignored. You've seen the requests we get tougher on this. Get them in e-mail too. But again, if learn posted by Jazz, Per, Kinkynapper, etc, then know it serious and not a bored kid trying to rile the regulars. |

> "Her hands are tied not only behind her, but to the rope > going around her waist and the chair." > Got it, thanx Ahem, people I think there's a little confusion here. Raffish posted two scenes at once (not that I'm not pleased with the service). The scene with "rope around her waist and her chair" must be "Une mort pour une vie", not "Rettungsflieger" (there's no rope in use). So it's the other description that should have been edited. (Could have corrected that myself, but that probably would have added to the confusion.). As for helping people to catch or ID scenes, it's a great thing that I be of help. I have caught dozens of scenes over here only for the DB and the alerts on this and other pages. Good thing that some stuff from old Europe finally made it to Canadian TV. I also know that shows airing in different order under different language ep titles can cause quite a headache. I've been trying for a while to catch an episode of "Murder Call" on Italian TV. All I have is an Aussie epguide and the Italian episode titles, and our Mediterranean friends must have thrown the dice when they made the air schedule for this one. |

"Ahem, people I think there's a little confusion here. Raffish posted two scenes at once (not that I'm not pleased with the service). Yes, with your assist we've been catching them. Kind of humourous, before would miss alot due to the translations. Why I'd ask for actress name. Only thing they leave be. After caught some German ones that popular, heard back now understood the reason for asking about actress. Not because Brian and I 'anal' about entries. ;) "I also know that shows airing in different order under different language ep titles can cause quite a headache. Understand, over on Discussion page a post by Anubis where I forgot to inform him of original Australian title & episode title. Figure they throw the dice for Australian shows order here as well. Like said, pain in the arse. |
