Title: Angel (1999)
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Jenny Mollen

Description: Episode: "Unleashed" (5.3)

Angel uses his new position as head of Wolfram & Harts' LA offices to help Nina Ash (Mollen), who recently became a werewolf. Unfortunately one of the law firms' less trustworthy employees is part of a secret society likes to feast on live werewolves at elaborate dinner parties. He informs the party host who sends a commando team to abduct Nina while she is picking up some things from home.

At about 35 minutes the first scene after the commercial has Nina being dragged through a large basement-like space where she is chained AOH in metal cuffs. She is then hosed down, has her clothes cut off (typical TV camera angles that imply more than is shown) and begins getting scrubbed up.

A little later there's of a close up of her wearing a white knotted (and somewhat loose) cleave gag being rolled out on a table. Subsequent long shots reveal her hands are held at her sides by metal cuffs and that she's on a garnished banquet table covered from chest to ankles by a white form fitting cloth. Her ankles are also held together with metal cuffs, but it's impossible to tell without freeze framing. Cut to commercial.

After the commercial Nina remains in this predicament as the diners await moonrise in a few minutes, until Angel and his posse raid the place and hold the diners off at gunpoint. Angel removes her gag then uses a metal urn to break her cuffs open.

I don't think anybody is at fault here since both entries could have been entered within seconds of each other. I wrote 9210 and there's an unsigned message from the writer of 9211 who says he likes mine better.

Windy City Heat
Record number: 9212

Title: Windy City Heat (2003)
Medium: TV Movie
Actress: Perry Caravello

Description: A female private detective is tied to a chair and cleave gagged with a knotted rag. A short scene.

"Perry Caravello" is the fat annoying MALE star of that movie.
IMDB doesn't give any cast info on that one so they don't provide the name of the actress playing the Did. I'll try to find out who she is later.

Title: Kommissar Rex
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Marion Mitterhammer, Unknown

Description: "Mosers Tod"

Three women are tied up hands back with white scarf and murdered by a serial killer.
At the end the sweet psychologic Marion Mitterhammer is tied up in the same way to a chair. But she is saved and untied by Moser before he is shot by the murder.

_________

"Was the air-sched wacky again?

Just realised,
Peter's guide has two ep numbers [47/48] for this.

Kommissar Rex Ep Guide

Guide correct, a two parter. Probably going to split this entry for alerts.

"Marion Mitterhammer is tied up in the same way to a chair. But she is saved and untied by Moser before he is shot"

As yet, or end of part 1, Tobias Moretti hasn't been shot and Marion Mitterhammer hasn't had a scene.
That obviously upcoming?

So far, one scene rough 8mins in, (still Unknown). And one scene about 54mins in, possibly Erni Mangold?
Same description for both, except the first has her ankles tied to the chair-legs and squirms around. Erni? has the villian (Holger Handtke?) right there conversing so's not as many shots of her wrists like the first scene.

At rough 25mins or so, Moser or Tobias, is interviewing a fella whom has these huge photos all around the room. Nude woman posing chained spreadeagle, hands behind, on a desk, outside, and what? Wrap bandage gagged and blindfolded. Women there with them believe Birgit Stauber, possibly the model?

For ID of first, appeared she abducted after working out in a gym or something.
