"Correct title is "Tripfall" (2000)"
"And the little daughter is played by Christina Ann Moore." Didn't add this, Believe Brian laid out reasons for omitting information on young ladies. Jay, I believe the issue is database entries that identify the age of youthful damsels. I've recrafted the entry to identify the character by name but not age. Frex: Wanda Blackman in "Obsession" (1976). |

This one keeps coming back like a bad penny (I know I've deleted in another form once) so the contributor is pretty insistent. I'd prefer to be sure about the title of the show, but at least we have the damsel ID'd. Let's go with this one, for the time being at least, but I've added a question mark after the title. |

Can see this being a source of them. |

David: Good thing about football games. They're only popular with the people who live in the areas the two teams represent. So either Italian or Norwegian TV here. Looked up, and found Alba is Italian, pretty much narrows it down. Just the way I like it. :) Where sports scenes will be a bugger? Hockey & US Football (NFL) Canadian channels have crews down at hockey games in US, Like at Savvis Center, right Brian? ;) And, We have a couple channels airing the US Football up here, and I've heard from Mexican tourists it's the same there. Figue we'll have to insist people be a little more precise in those cases. |

Saturday January 26 15:23:17 2002 Cobra 11 entry |
Record number: 6595
Title: Alarm für Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei aka Alarm fur Cobra 11; Alarm for Cobra 11 Medium: TV Series Actress: Lena Sabine Berg Description: Episode: "Dolce vendetta" (from an Italian webpage -- couldn't determine German title) Maria (Berg) is kidnapped, bound and tape-gagged by an unbalanced criminal who plans to kill her as part of a vendetta. ---- Episode 2.11 fits this description almost perfectly, and the German title is "Rache ist suess" - meaning the same as dolce vendetta: sweet revenge. I said almost. My problem: The episode guide I consulted identifies the kidnapping victim as Anna, played by Charlotte Schwab. Berg's name was probably taken from the Italian Panty DiD Cap site. Can't say how certain they were when they gave her name - I have not seen the show myself. |

I saw a couple of caps on the Italian Panty DiD site. I tried the series "official" website -- the one on the network's site, anyway, but couldn't find any useful information that would ID the episode. |

Saturday January 26 18:03:55 2002 Re: Cobra 11 entry |
I ran the Italian scene description through Babblefish to arrive at the English version, sort of. As usual, the computer's translation was pretty garbled.
As for the DiD identification -- it wouldn't be the first mistake they've made along those lines. Jay, I've updated the database entry (mostly with question marks....) |

Saturday January 26 19:17:35 2002 Coroner Update/Addition |
...
Record number: 4912 Title: Coroner, The (1999) Medium: Movie Actress: Jane Longenecker Description: The heroine of this film (Jane Longenecker), who is kidnapped by the titular character, is seen strait-jacketed in a padded cell at the beginning and end of this film. ... The movie's opening scenes involve a scene where Emma is seen strait-jacketed in a padded cell. Shortly thereafter, Emma (played by Ms. Longnecker) has been captured by the title character, and is tied spreadeagled (arms next to head) on a padded table, similar to a doctor's table. Her arms are held by her wrists via leather straps; I'm assuming her legs are restrained the same. She is also wearing a seatbelt around her pelvis. No gag, but she is wearing a schoolgirl-like outfit - cropped white shirt, a plaid skirt, and pigtails (I'm assuming she was put in this outfit by the bad guy. She does some decent struggling, and bites her arm trying to remove one of the leather straps (and succeeds in removing it). She escapes into the rest of the house/building/etc, only to be captured again. This time she is restrained with handcuffs, sitting up (no other restraints appear to be used). Some unpleasant scenes follow (a finger is removed?). Some flashbacks, and we return to the same scene...and after some dialog, he breaks her wrist. She passes out, and he releases her (and we see the handcuffs were the cheap kind, with the emergency release button). He picks her up to carry her to the table/chair, and low and behold she's awake! She attempts another escape, this time successful. Too bad she gets hit by a car. She awakes in a hospital, her hands tied to the bed (because she was trying to remove her IV). Later, she attempts to break into the coroner's place, and is captured by the coroner, so he ties her to the chair and handcuffs her, and calls the police, and she is arrested. Towards the end of the movie, after capturing the coroner, her boyfriend walks in on them. He handcuffs one of her wrists to the stairs. After some climactic events, she breaks the stairs to get free. During this scene she is wearing an athletic bra and some plaid shorts. The ending of this scene fades back to the same original straightjacketed scene, without explaining why she got there. All in all, there is quite a bit of time Emma spends tied up in this film. |
