Title: Blood of Ghastly Horror (1969) aka The Man With the Synthetic Brian; The Man With The Electronic Bra As much as the existence of a synthetic Brian would probably make our moderator's job easier, and as much as an electronic bra has all *kinds* of potential, I think these are probably typos. 8) |

Well, I made the Brian/Brain correction but everytime I try to change "Bra" to "Brain" it doesn't work. Apparently there's a character limit in the title field. I tried taking out "The" but still only got "Brai". How should we handle this one Brain, I mean Brian? |

Not much that can be done without a change to the software. I'd drop one of the alternate titles, and put it in the Description for now. |

Monday February 18 01:48:52 2002 Possibles? |
Record number: 6705 Title: Wild, Wild West Medium: TV Series Actress: Unknown Description: Jim and Artie investigate goings on at a travelling circus. The damsel is twice emperiled -- once strapped onto a knife thrower's wheel of death and interrogated by the bad guys (no gag, but her exhausted whimpering and pleas for release are extraordinary) and later wrapped in an animal hide (Jim and Artie likewise) and left to struggle in the hot sun. In the first sequence, she wears an abreviated circus outfit. Figure it's ep: The Night Of The Circus Of Death (3.9) Characters: Erika, played by Arlene Martel Priscilla, played by Judi Sherven Match up with anyone's guide? Thanx |

Brian: I have been trying to do a search on Discussion page to narrow down some episode titles, from past posts. Got this message: Fatal error: Maximum execution time exceeded in /web/home2/w220131/docs/search.php on line 32 If you want me to e-mail you with a more detailed account here? Let me know Thanx |

Monday February 18 13:13:57 2002 Hooch |
Here's a suggested replacement entry for "Hooch" (record 2078), which isn't *so* lame that it deserves only what's there now.
Actress: Erika Fox (not Erica) Description: Execrable seventies caper flick involving moonshine monkeyshines. Its sole redeeming feature is an extended bondage sequence which starts about 96 minutes in (including commercials) and continues for over 15 minutes. Cute brunette Erika, wearing a light blue button-down shirt and dark blue skirt, plays a waitress who gets taken hostage by the bad guys. She's bound with hands behind and ankles tied, and gagged with a long, thin strip of white tape. There's male interference at first, but the bad guys thankfully ditch the putzes when it's time to hit the road. They carry Erika around quite a bit in the course of all this: both horizontally and vertically between them, and twice OTS. There's a fair amount of squealing through the gag, and plenty of closeups. Finally, they end up at a still in the woods that they intend to destroy. Two of them start to get a bit randy and decide to kill some time by "fooling around" with our damsel -- but when they both try to kiss her at once, they end up kissing each other. Whee, hijinks! Before they can correct their mistake, the cavalry shows up, putting both Erika and the viewer out of their misery. |

Monday February 18 13:21:20 2002 What happened to "Cobra 11" ? |
There was a new DB entry (among the last 30, I'd say) for the German show "Alarm fuer Cobra 11" - mother and daughter tied up in the trunk of a car. I tried to identify the episode (no luck so far), but now the entry is gone anyway. Can anyone tell me why it has been deleted? |

Can anyone tell me why it has been deleted? Peter de K: If deleted, (off-hand don't recall?) here's probably why? There's still alot of entries where the poster hasn't checked first to see if the entry already in. So, when we check into, if his description (normally unknown actress & unknown episode) matches a previous entry, it gets deleted. There is also the case where we, like you, have checked into an entry, (where poster has "I think I remember a scene in") and also had no luck, like yourself, it'll go. Reasons for this: 1) David's multiple requests on Discussion about this are still ignored. 2) If the poster isn't sure? Rather they post a question up on Discussion for the Old/Timer-Experts 'first'? Before entering. This is probably why? BTW: I'm with Brian in hoping you'll join us as an editor here. |

Can anyone tell me why it has been deleted? I remember seeing the entry; there were no similar scenes from Alarm fur Cobra 11 in the database. I assume it was deleted in error. Peter, can you recreate the entry, or shall I ask Brian R. to reinstate it from his backup files? |

"The Night of the Gypsy Peril" and "The Night of Miguelito's Revenge" are also set at circuses. Other female guest stars of "Circus of Death" include Florence Sundstrom, Sharon Keltran, Ashley LaRue, Merri Ashley, Joan Huntington and Mary Ashley. There's no Judi Sherven listed in the IMDb or Performers' Televison Credits 1948-2000; Judi Sherwin is only credited in one Wild Wild West -- The Night of the Avaicious Actuary. |

Monday February 18 17:12:54 2002 Re: David's Post, (#6705) |
> Record number: 6705 > Title: Wild, Wild West > Medium: TV Series > Actress: Unknown David: Yes, noticed there was a few eps come up with 'circus' in the search. :) This is what matched with ep: The Night Of The Circus Of Death (3.9) From Description: "Jim and Artie investigate goings on at a travelling circus." Fan site specifically mentions the two agents investigating a murder, etc. "The damsel is twice emperiled -- once strapped onto a knife thrower's wheel of death and interrogated by the bad guys (no gag, but her exhausted whimpering and pleas for release are extraordinary)" Fan-site had a counterfeit money plot, with bad guys looking for it, so sounded like a possible explanation for this scene. "In the first sequence, she wears an abreviated circus outfit." Here, when I was searching through possible ladies? Believe trying to eliminate Joanie Sommers from ep: Tycoons or whatever? Came across a Arlene Martel site, that had an image of her in a circus looking out-fit. Only problem being, Arlene had a few picks of herself in Star Trek, 'Martian' looking out-fits too. So, Looked like a possible one to concentrate on, just wasn't sure, so why posted the question up here. |

Peter, can you recreate the entry, or > shall I ask Brian R. to reinstate it from his backup files? I don't remember every detail; Brian, if it is not too much effort, please reinstate it. So far, I could not confirm it and identify the episode, but there is no reason to assume the scene does not exist. Jay L, thank you for your support. I exchanged emails with Brian this weekend, and have been granted editing rights. |

Peter, can you recreate the entry, or > shall I ask Brian R. to reinstate it from his backup files? Looks like Peter is talking about this one. It was deleted shortly after it was entered. Record #6692 Title: Alarm für Cobra 11; Alarm fuer Cobra 11 Medium: TV Series Actress: 2 unknowns Description: German action series, unfortunately I don't know the name of the episode. A good-looking woman (the wife of a district attorney) and her equally cute teenage daughter get kidnapped by criminals. They're both locked in a trunk, with their wrists cuffed behind the back and gagged with transparent adhesive tape. Several shorter scenes. |
