David:
Going to try and find a decent ep guide for Melrose 2nd & 3rd Seasons.
For the moment, going to post up all my notes.
Figure someone familiar with the show might recognise something?

Re: Laura Leighton
"Yes those were definitly two different episodeds."
"The episode in question takes place at the end of this story line when Michael got his memery back but Sydney doesnt know it yet."

Match for this in and around ep: "Grand Delusions" (3.4)

Mark's post supports the Thomas Calabro involved, start off as foreplay, scarves used, etc. scene.

Now just have to search up/sort the other posts wrote down.
[Rough quotes]
"Shame nothing happened, she (Leighton) was wearing a very sexy out-fit"
"He offered to tie her to the bed, but she (Leighton) said no, and walked out."

Think I've sorted this here?
Had wrote down prostitute as Leighton's role.
The prostitution role appears focused on the 2nd season,
Mark's post on the 3rd.
Also,
Fan-sites all agree Leighton's character had a crush on Calabro's character, and would resort to anything to land him.
That and Calabro confronted Leighton as a exotic dancer, not as a prostitute.

Figure we have a missed opportunity with another fella here?

"She (Leighton) wasn't tied, more importantly not gagged. It was hand-cuffs and leg-irons?"

Fan-sites have Leighton as an often in the doghouse character. (Blackmail- etc). Figure we can center on eps where she was arrested for this one's title.

Forgot to add,
wanted to have a look at a decent ep description for:
ep: "A Long Night's Journey" (2.2)

Believe this one may be a match as well.

Att: Our German Friends
Record number: 6834

Title: Tatort - Die Abrechnung (The Settlement) (1996)
Medium: TV Movie
Actress: Krista Posch

Description: Long running German crime series in TV format with several bondage scenes.

In the episode "Abrechnung", Miriam Lamont (Posch) is kidnapped by neo-nazis. She gets restrained on-screen in bed dressed only in her nightie (feet and hands taped behind her back, and her mouth gagged with tape). Later, she's taped to a post and blindfolded and gets taunted, teased and menaced with a knife. Gets rescued by a cop before they manage to torture her.

Several minutes in length.

______

I'll put the IMDB for this one here:

IMDB Entry Link

There's some links to descriptions in German.
With it being a TV movie,
it may have a line up of the chapters or episodes.
We could get an idea when episode "Abrechnung", is in the line up,
and work out a rough scene time here.
thanx

Jay L, I suppose the episode guide under epguides.com was not precise enough for you? Quote of ep. 3.4:

Sydney (claiming to be someone named Miranda) hangs around the beach house and attempts to seduce Michael. Michael regains his memory when he is nearly struck by a car in a restaurant parking lot, but doesn't immediately reveal this. Michael leaves Sydney in an embarrassing situation in
Jane's bedroom, prompting a suggestive remark from Chris.

I admit that I would not bet the farm on this description either, but "embarassing situation" certainly fits for most people when you're found tied to someone else's bed.

"Tatort" is a little different from other series: It has been running since 1970. Several German TV stations (at least ten), but also Switzerland and Austria contributed episodes. Each station has its own team of police investigators - in fact, over the years more than just one or two -, meaning there is no real continuity. There have been 460 shows in 32 years, and no doubt dozens of different detective teams.

"Die Abrechnung" aired as no. 332 in 1996 (caveat: There is a 1975 episode with identical title) . The correct, 1996 ep is a Swiss production.
For those interested in doing their own research, I'll add a link to the place which has LOTS of stuff about Tatort.

Jay, the IMDb has over a hundred "Tatorts" listed as TV movies. I'd leave it in that medium.

Re: Melrose Place Notes
Jay, I remember a scene where "Michael" loses his memory and some hot patootie tries to seduce him. She allows him to _tie_ her to the bed -- IIRC it was with scarfs or some other cloth -- and, too late, the sweet young thing realizes that his memory has returned and he smiles sweetly and leaves the house with the woman still bound to the bed. I remember her tugging on the bonds that flouncing on the bed in digust.

I'm pretty sure the actress was Ms. Leighton, but I wouldn't bet the ranch.

This is what a French guide had to say, alas my French is next to nonexistent. Jay L, I hope this confirms it is the right episode?

Re: Leighton - Melrose Place Eps III
And this is from the Australian Felicity database (it's a small world, after all), and leaves no questions unanswered - sorry if I get a little carried away with my posts.

MELROSE PLACE: Grand Delusions [ep.68]. Sydney (Laura Leighton) cannot keep away from Dr Michael Mancini. She turns up on the beach near his house one day, where he is meditating. Michael does not appear to recognize his alleged assailant and they strike up an acquaintance as if they never knew each other before. Sydney tells Michael her name is Miranda. A day or two later Miranda/Sydney turns up at Michael's house loaded with eats and it seems as if a friendship is developing. But the truth is Michael is quite aware, or at least has become aware, of his new friend's true identity. One day he picks a barefoot Sydney up and lays her gently on a bed with a convenient iron frame. He tells Sydney he was dreaming about her and in his dream tied her up. She shows no resistance when Michael produces a long orange scarf and proceeds to bind each wrist tightly to the bedframe above her head. He then reveals what he knows and goes off, leaving Sydney to spend the night restrained. She struggles and cries out but Michael ignores her pleas. The bondage is quite effective and there is no way Sydney can escape. She is finally discovered next morning by two of her friends and released. Score: 6.

The database may also be helpful with some of the other episodes. Here's the man behind it:

This sounds like the correct episode to me.When I originaly posted in the sçene data base I mentioned that Sydney lied and said that michael forced his way in and tied her up so that she didn't have to admit to letting him tie her up.Later Janes(Bissett) boyfriend (must be Chris) takes sydney aside and in one of those lame blackmail story lines that would only work in a soap opera world he tells her that no one could get her tied like that unless she let them.(bullshit) He then tells her that such a beautiful piece of white trash is very rare and uses his info to black mail her into a secret sexual relationship.Sounds suggestive to me.I could dig threw my tapes to find this scene and make sure Chris is the right guy but I'm positive this is teright episode.
