I've never said that, in fact I've constantly made an effort to keep everyone clued in. Don't talk yourself right off the page. |

I hope you realize just how foolish banning me (From editing? From the entire site? For civilly stating my opinion? Hmmm ... ) would appear ... but there ain't a dang thing I can do about it, so I'm not gonna fret over it. |

Far be it for me to interrupt, but doesn't this belong in the discussion page? |

Many thanks to On The Prowl for stirring memories of early DiD thrills and getting this show in the database! A web search revealed titles and some additional info about these entries:
Record number: 6816 “The Great Voice Robbery” (1.02) Record number: 6818 “Firefly, Light My Fire” (1.01) Record number: 6819 “Benita the Beautiful” (1.08) In at least one scene Sparky the Firefly is tied up next to Ellis and the female firefly, so consider this a “putz alert”. Record number: 6820 “If I had the Wings of a Bugaloo” (1.06) This episode has Ellis in the flypaper trap, but the plot involves Benita kidnapping a male Bugaloo in order to transplant his wings to her and is not the amnesia one. Too bad Benita wanted the guy’s wings because it would have been great to see Joy in the same predicament: OTM gagged while strapped face down to an operating table. It’s not hard to imagine her pink mini-skirt clad fanny thrusting as she squirms to get free. Sigh. |

Biff: I too am wondering why you've taken offence here? "Jay, I don't know that we're on the same wavelength here ... it's sometimes difficult to follow you." Well, as they say, "Two neighbours separated by a common language." So I'll accept that. :) Re: Criticism & Empirical Self, etc. Don't see why you'd think that? Way I read it, Brian read where I was having search timing out problems, and searching for his posts to be clear on the matter. So figured his post was to assist the boy here. With Searchable Buzzwords Brian's only concern, sounded like he agreed with you, and the matter cleared up. Thought this a civil discussion, and it was till now. However, say it was a case where you and I were Bickering over whether or not the scene should be in? I'd say Brian's post would still support your position. Suprised you see it as criticism? |

It's not a criticism ... just an observation. Usually it's no biggie. > > Thought this a civil discussion, and it was till now. > It's certainly contentious, but I have been civil, if you'd care to review the thread ... although threats to take me "off the page" wouldn't qualify as such, I shouldn't think. Would you? > > I'd say Brian's post would still support your position. > > Suprised you see it as criticism? > I said it was a misunderstanding, and explained how it occured ... due to my own experience and Brian's comments both in the FAQ, at Discussion and in private correspondence. When someone admits they don't really care how their comments are received, there's going to be miscommunication. I don't think my post merited a reply warning of possible banning ... but the man will do what he will, and there's naught I can do about it. |
