That's fine, it was just a suggestion. I've been using the "1.4" system for entries that I've been putting in and just thought I'd better get a consensus before I added anything else.

By the way, I've noticed that some existing entries already have both styles such as "4.5, #67", should I change any I run across?

Figure Someone Will Know This One?
Record number: 3476

Title: X-Files, The
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Gillian Anderson

Description: Unknown episode

Scully and Mulder and tied up on the floor, arms behind the back. If memory doesn't fail me, I think they are bound in a shower or bathroom, even get all wet. They are then dragged across the floor, but manage to escape in the end, of course.

The scene is darkly lit, so I'm uncertain, but they may have even been hog-tied.

_________

This show airs up here nightly on Space/Imagination channel,
so even if you want to take a shot at it?
I'll check that ep.
Thanx

I'd say yes. We working towards format consistency.

CM, if you mean entries with both the season and total ep numbers, I'd say keep that info. Why not?

We're almost 3/4 now (top working down), adjusting the entries to David's system.

Figure it'd be better to go through and adjust to David's system first, to establish it.
(Especially to a certain UK? or Canuck? poster who does his own thing)

Asking that you give us a few more days to finish up that first.
Thanx

Data-Base Question?
Brian R:

Wrong time to ask this, (know the American Football is on)

the Data-base is only giving me 10 entries at a time.
Others same?
Or just problem at this end?
Thanx

If of assistance?
Was working around the #4148 to #4165 TV entries?

Yes, bandwidth.

You should see this notice:

For the time being, I am limiting the number of entries
returned by any query to 10. This should be temporary.

I'll probably try to do something for editors here
shortly, or ease the restriction once the
novelty over on that portal page has run out.

I'd suggest taking a break from ongoing projects that
result in a lot of searching the DB.

I'm not sure what you're driving at, Jay ... all I'm saying is I don't see the need for dumping the total ep info (e.g., #67). Why can't both be in the entry?

I'm not advocating for running down that info at ep guides ... but if CM's got a lot of it and is willing to input it, that sounds good to me.

And when we do come upon that info, it's no biggie to put it in, right?

I'm all confused ...
