They set up the sting on a boat, and as luck would have it the thieves pick it almost immediately. The cops don't seem very prepared though. The highjackers invade, she's grabbed, hands tied in front, and gagged with a towel between the teeth (all on screen). Later, we see the whole crew (she's the only femme though), tied up in similar fashion to keep her company. Unfortunately, the bad guys soon untie her to go make coffee or sumptin. |

(1966); redubbing of Kagi no Kagi (1964) Medium: Movie Actress: Unknown, Mie Hama, Akiko Wakabayashi Description: Woody Allen's famous comic redubbing of the 1964 Japanese spy film Kagi no Kagi. At the film's beginning an ungagged woman is shown roped to a board being advanced sideways towards the whirring blade of a circular saw in yet another variation of the sawmill cliche. She faints as the saw begins cutting her dress and the scene ends. Later, Hama stands ungagged with her hands cuffed overhead while wearing a dark blue sleeveless dress, but with a guy. Finally, towards the end, Hana and Wakabayashi are shown roped to chairs (along with a guy that's rather easy to edit out) in a room in which a live cobra has been released. No gags and their ankles aren't bound, but still a great scene. |
