Maybe we'll see desperate struggling, hear gagged mewing, watch terrified eyes dart from side to side through a slit in the tight bandages; maybe not. :-| |

They decide to go for the 'weak link', his current girl friend played by a very young Janine Turner. They capture her early in the episode, handcuff her to an engine block and, though she isn't rescued until the very end, the bad guys pretty much forget about her. @Noon ShowC Record number: 3475 Title: Queen of Swords Medium: TV Series Actress: Tessie Santiago, Paulina Galvez Description: Episode: "Honor Thy Father" (1.8) Tessa and Marta are found bound (arms behind) to chairs shortly after the 30 minute mark. It's a ruse to protect her secret identity as THE QUEEN OF SWORDS. @2:00pm Space/Imagination Record number: 413 Title: Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey (1991) Medium: Movie Actress: Annette Azcuy, Sarah Trigger Description: The evil Bill and Ted kidnap their counterparts' girlfriends and tie them to the ceiling of the auditorium where the battle of the bands tournament is being held. Both are bound by one long piece of thick rope wrapped around their upper body, and are cleavegagged. The sequence begins around the 95' mark (with commercials). @6:00pm Space/Imagination Record number: 6711 Title: Tracker Medium: TV Series Actress: Amy Price-Francis Description: Episode: "Without A Trace" (1.8) Amy is seated in a chair and bound hands behind her back. Gagged with a strip of grey duct-tape. Scene occurs in roughly the last 15mins of the episode. @9:00pm BravoC Record number: 6278 Title: Anna and the King (1999) Medium: Movie Actress: Ling Bai Description: The movie is good to watch quite apart from the bondage element, which comes in three scenes. The first is brief and somewhat confused, where we see a chained female slave wallowing in dirt. Then in the second half of the movie Lady Tuptim (played beautifully by Ling Bai) is arrested after she runs off with her lover. She is dragged before a court, barefoot and wearing a very cute light sash across her upper body which nicely highlights her nipples. On her wrists are iron fetters (in front) and she is made to kneel while the judges decide her fate. She is now shaven (in Buddhist style) but even thus Princess Tuptim is a compelling figure, especially when she speaks with passion to the court. For her trouble she is caned - with several heavy strokes across her bare back, leaving bloody weals. She is then sentenced, with her lover (who is kept all this while in an even greater degree of restraint), to be executed. The final scene sees the pair in the city square, seated legs out in front and arms tied with loops near their shoulders to rods behind their backs. The woman's hands were then brought to the front and tied together at the wrists. Meanwhile, to the horror of the English Teacher the executioner does a ritual dance with his sword about the prisoners and then - finis. This is, in fact, a true representation of the mode of execution once employed in Thailand. |

Record number: 2235 Title: Bone Collector, The (1999) Medium: Movie Actress: Olivia Birkelund Description: Lindsay Rubin (Birkelund) gets kidnapped by the serial killer along with her husband, who's simply shot and buried. At about 18 minutes into the film, she's shown being led through an underground steam tunnel by the masked killer, gagged with duct tape and her wrists in a pair of early-1900s style handcuffs. In a sequence that begins about ten minutes later and continues for about ten minutes more, she's shown several times with her hands cuffed over her head and her ankles roped together, sitting in front of a large steam pipe the killer has opened and swung around towards her, making obvious the fate that awaits her if the police don't decipher the cryptic clues to her whereabouts he's given them in time. |

Record number: 5265 Title: Cold Heart (2001) Medium: Movie Actress: Natassja Kinski, Hudson Leick, Janne Campbell Description: Nice surprise in this straight to video thriller. At the very beginning of the movie Janne is shown elaborately bound with ropes (in a style reminiscent of commercial bondage videos) and gagged with silver tape. She's also just wearing a camisole and panties. Note, there are also fairly realistic rope burns shown as she struggles to get free from her bonds. At an hour is the turn of a still cute Natassja to be bound to a chair, hands behind and gagged on-screen with duct tape. You can see Nastassja's lips try to breathe and move frantically underneath the tape. Later, her captor peels off the tape slowly in such a way that you see her lips being pulled as well--no backing here. Towards the movie's climax, we see Hudson Leick (Xena's Callisto), with her arms bound in the same intricate way as the first damsel. In a later shot, it seems that her legs get bound as well (when she's in the backseat of a car), but there are no good shots of her below the waist. |

When scene resumes a few minutes later, Natasha's pals bust in to save the day and find Natasha gagged with a thin white cloth. Sybil is also gagged. Both are quickly ungagged. Henstridge is seen from a mid-distance shot from a bit of a side angle. Sybil is not shown at all from the front, but only from behind at a side angle. |

| This is the episode Biff posted an alert for back in December which featured Batgirl from the 1968 animated Batman Adventures bound and gagged. Brief sequences of her tied up in the loft of a barn as the Scarecrow lays in wait for Batman. While b&g, she manages to kick one of the thugs, then roll off the loft onto another before being freed.
