She is first seen sitting on a couch as the bad guys discuss what to do with her. Then she is placed on the side of the road next to a bomb. She mmmmmphed and struggles like there's no tomorrow. Michael (David Hasselhoff), of course, arrives in time to save her. The next scene shows the still bound and gagged heroine seated next to Michael in KIT, while Michael lectures her on the dangers of being a damsel in distress. "I'll leave the tape on," he says, "That way I can get a word in edgewise." |

She is handcuffed to a long chain that is dangling down from a ceiling beam. Scene occurs in the final third of the episode. Lots of male interference though there are solo shots of her. @4:30pm CHCH (Possible?) Record number: 7695 Title: Clueless Medium: TV Series Actress: Julie Brown Description: Unknown episode (probably "Scream, Murray, Scream" (3.4) or "Scream Again, Murray, Scream Again" (3.5) which are horror movie spoofs.) No idea about the episode (must have had something to do with halloween, there is halloween party going on), but the leads are in a spooky mansion where a serial killer is on the loose. A woman stands on a balcony. She wears a ball dress and she's gagged with grey tape and tied up (hand, legs, foot) with the same tape. She's thrown down and lands on the concrete floor at Cher's and Dionne's feet. She's supposed to be dead, but if you take a close look you can see that she blinks with her eyes. |

At about 18 minutes into the film, she's shown being led through an underground steam tunnel by the masked killer, gagged with duct tape and her wrists in a pair of early-1900s style handcuffs. In a sequence that begins about ten minutes later and continues for about ten minutes more, she's shown several times with her hands cuffed over her head and her ankles roped together, sitting in front of a large steam pipe the killer has opened and swung around towards her, making obvious the fate that awaits her if the police don't decipher the cryptic clues to her whereabouts he's given them in time. |

Warning she is the ex-wife and she does end up dead on screen in a Dragnet sort of way, but you don't have to record it. |

A video camera is broadcasting her situation to her rich daddy's computer so he is persuaded to pay the ransom. First scene occurs around the 20 min. mark. Over the next 15 minutes, there are occasional glimpses on the computer showing the water level rising. There is one additional scene where Lina is seen in the trunk of a car with some rope around her. It's extremely brief, and you really can't tell if her hands are bound. Again no gag. This is the final scene around the 45 min. mark. |

| Saw previews where this guy appears to have kidnapped a few different people. In an effort to build himself an instant family, he has chained them to seats at his dining table. The group includes, it seemed, a wife and daughter. If there were any gags, I didn't catch them. Here's one, though:
Seems to me that had he wanted a more realistic family, he'd have chained the wife to the phone and the daughter to the mall. |
