Around 1:30 in the movie we see our blonde heroine sitting in a chair in a corner of the cave, as it were, hands tied in front and ropes around her body. Later the bad guys (Robert Davi and R. G. Armstrong) hang the chair over an open mine shaft as they try to force her to sign a deed (that's why her hands are still tied in front.) No gag but heck, she's in a mine, who ya gonna call? Scene goes on for a long time as the rope slowly frays and the hero, dressed all in white -- natch, fights the bad guys -- straight out of an old serial. |

Unfortunately Lea Thompson gets ungagged almost immediately, and Sofia Milos a few moments later. The episode is filled with cheesy bondage cliches as the neighbor unties them. At the very end, there's a flashback that shows how they got tied up, but it doesn't show them getting gagged. |

| @8:00pm TFC Record number: 4810 Title: Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Medium: TV Series Actress: Valarie Pettyford Description: Episode: "Honey, I've Been Duped" (1.7) Near the end of this episode with a clone of Wayne (Peter Scolari), this bad girl put her hands into a conveyor (like the ones to detect hand luggage in the airports, but bigger) and they get trapped by pink ribbon that pull her into the conveyor; she exits the other end wrapped in silver paper from the neck down and tied with the ribbon and elegant knots. One of the Waynes opines something is missing, and the other one pastes a label over her mouth. ______ @8:00pm CBC Record number: 2457 Title: Being John Malkovich (1999) Medium: Movie Actress: Cameron Diaz, Catherine Keener Description: Diaz plays the wife of a loser who discovers a portal into the head of John Malkovich, which is rented out by her husband's co-worker (Keener) with whom she also has an affair while inside the head of the aforementioned Malkovich. Confused? Anyhow, when her husband discovers the affair he binds, tape gags, and locks her in a cage. Excellent moans and mmpphhing offset the piss poor lighting, (not to mention that haircut!) She's bound and gagged off and on for about twenty five minutes in this one starting at the 01:08:00 mark. A short while later in the film (but about eight months later in the story), Keener's visibly pregnant character is shown sitting with her wrists tied in front after having been kidnapped. She manages to untie her hands and run off just as Diaz pulls a gun and squeezes off a couple of shots as she runs into the portal. |

Coulter plays the obligatory cop's girlfriend/kidnap victim who's shown about 10 minutes from the end gagged and rather elaborately bound with duct tape on a bed, strapped to a bomb the mastermind will set off if the record's broken. Happens in the last half. |
