Record number: 24 Title: Tie Me Up, Tie Me Down (1990) Medium: Movie Actress: Victoria Abril Description: Spanish film that introduced Antonio Banderas to US audiences had Abril as a B-movie actress the released mental patient played by Banderas admires. He kidnaps her and takes her to a vacationing neighbor's apartment, leaving her tied to the bed and gagged with white medical tape. He is trying to wean her off heroin, and they fall in love, of course, while she makes several attempts to escape, even retying and gagging herself when she hears him come back. When her sister finds her, Abril isn't all that anxious to leave, prompting the sister to say "You've fallen in love with your kidnapper? I suppose you like being tied up?" Abril just shrugs. As a fringe benefit to some of us, there are lingering closeups of the captive's bare feet. |

The film's climax has her tied lying on her back, ungagged, with her hands in front to a large horizontal gear under a drawbridge, positioned in such a way that her head will be crushed by the vertical gear it meshes with if Tracy doesn't rescue her in time. Tess also endures a quick handgag from No-Face ("The Blank"), played by Madonna. |

Darkly lit scene, with heroine easily reskued from her manakles. Wilson is kute, but even she kan't overkome a silly plot based on a video game. @8:30am BravoC Record number: 2190 Title: Thief of Bagdad, The (1940) Medium: Movie Actress: June Duprez Description: Back in the days when Technicolor was a special effect, Prince Achmad (John Justin) has been blinded and cast into a dungeon as a captive of the wicked Grand Vizier Jaffar (gee, where have we heard that name before?). He meets Abu the Thief (played by Sabu), son of Abu the Thief, grandson of Abu the Thief who helps him escape and go on a series of adventures involving genies, flying horses, flying carpets and a beautiful princess (Duprez). What the beateous Duprez sees in that wimp of a prince eludes me, but they get captured by Jaffar and are bound spreadeagled in a dungeon. At the end of the film, Duprez is led out onto a parapet with her wrists bound behind her, before Achmed finishes off the evil Vizier. @10:30am BravoC Record number: 467 Title: Young Sherlock Holmes (1985) Medium: Movie Actress: Sophie Ward Description: Ms. Ward is shown mummied up by cultists in the second half. There are several nice shots of the baddies wrapping gauze over her mouth and lower face. After avoiding the fate planned for her owing to the intrepid efforts of young Holmes and Watson, she then falls into the hands of another antagonist, who binds her wrists in front and stuffs a cloth in her mouth. The boys should get overtime. @6:00pm Space/Imagination Record number: 6711 Title: Tracker Medium: TV Series Actress: Amy Price-Francis Description: Episode: "Without A Trace" (1.8) Amy is seated in a chair and bound hands behind her back. Gagged with a strip of grey duct-tape. Scene occurs in roughly the last 15mins of the episode. @8:00pm Space/Imagination Record number: 6254 Title: Relic Hunter (1999) Medium: TV Series Actress: Tia Carerre Description: Episode: "Devil Doll" (3.8) Tia is tied back to back with Christian Anholt in the jungle, after being double-crossed by another relic hunter. Some interesting positions as she tries to flip over his back so he can untie her feet with his teeth. No gag. |

| Halfhearted potential alert
This is a Skinamax flick, which haven't been real productive of late, but the plot sounds like it has potential: A female detective searches for a millionaire's missing wife. Between the female detective and missing wife we have two potential victims. We'll see. |

| A four hour four-hankie weeper that has a lot of Donna Mills in chains. Also, a mass lesbian rape scene involving Donna (though she's not bound, but caged with the other lesbians).

Record number: 6477 Title: False Arrest (1991) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Donna Mills Description: Joyce Lukezic (Mills) spends a lot of time in cuffs in this four-hour Lifetime courtroom drama/women in prison weeper. About an hour in, she's cuffed behind her back when she's arrested, in front of her family. She's later incarcerated. Roughly two hours in (she made bail) she's arrested while in a hospital bed, and one hand is cuffed to the railing at the side of her bed to prevent her escape. Shortly afterward, there's a long scene as she talks with her husband, still cuffed to the bed. Later, she's wearing a waist chain and wrist cuffs as she's imprisoned. Finally, a scene late in the movies where she screams at one of her persecutors while being escorted out of the courtroom, cuffed and waist-chained. |

I loosely basing this on the hopes that "supposed to" will become "does". And most bounty hunters restrain thier clients in some fashion usually.(And this time the client might be Bobbie Phillips of "Chameleon 3" fame.) But to be honest, I'm going to be watching "She Spies" instead. |
