Record number: 488 Title: Big Hit, The (1998) Medium: Movie Actress: China Chow Description: China Chow (a beautiful eurasian model) is restrained in various ways beginning at around the 32' mark (with commercials). She wears a schoolgirl outfit -- plaid, pleated miniskirt; starched white dress shirt and tie; and cute little white shoes. She is kidnapped by a gang that includes the benevolent Mark Wahlberg. The gang binds her hands behind her with silver handcuffs, and she is handgagged during the initial scene. After this, her ankles are tied with a white towel, and she is cleavegagged with another strip for a ride behind the back seat of an SUV. Mark ends up keeping her at his house in the suburbs. When they arrive, he cuffs her hands in front around a pole in his basement. Later, he moves her to another house, where he tries to keep her hidden from his fiancée and her parents. Her hands are cuffed behind her and her legs are tied, so she hops around the house mmphing through her towel gag in several scenes. Mark finally puts her in the back of his SUV, parked out of the way in the garage. He accidentally conks her on the head with the hatchback as he closes it. While he is otherwise occupied, the family takes it out for a drive, never noticing the unconscious China. When they return, Mark wraps her in a sleeping bag and hides her in the house while the family leaves again. He ungags her, so she can help him cook, and then cuffs her hand to his so she will be more effective. Sparks fly, and they start to make out, when, alarmed by a possibly innocuous comment (this is one amoral story, so who knows) he makes about "something so beautiful having to die" (along those lines, at any rate), she tries to escape. She is bound and gagged as before and thrown into the small trunk of his Firebird. We don't see her again until Mark goes for a car chase in the Firebird. She is released at the end of the chase. |

Record number: 1036 Title: Cheyenne Takes Over (1947) Medium: Movie Actress: Nancy Gates Description: Fay Wilkins (Gates) has witnessed a murder; the bad guys don't want to kill her, but threaten her never to reveal their secret or else. She tells Cheyenne (Lash LaRue) though, so the gang decides to get rid of both of 'em. First they lure her to their hideout, where chief bad guy John Merton says those immortal words, "Make her comfortable" (translation, tie her to a chair and cleave-gag her with a thick bandanna -- possibly one rolled inside the other). The bad guys then use her for bait. Not to worry -- Cheyenne wasn't born yesterday! Short scene, but has several close-ups of Fay as she reacts to Cheyenne apparently walking into the trap. Plus, after she's rescued by the Sheriff and Cheyenne's sidekick, there are two shots of Fay standing next to them with the gag hanging from her neck. Nancy Gates is a drop-dead gorgeous brunette; she's tied up wearing gloves that can best be described as gauntlets, a riding skirt, boots, a vest and a cute white cowgirl hat. (Her bound hands are only suggested, however.) |

(2) Near the end, she's possessed by an evil spirit, and in preparation for a sort of "witches' exorcism," she's seen tied to a chair with rope, legs criss-crossed from ankles to thighs, ropes encircling her upper arms, torso, and the chair; and lower arms lashed to the chair arms from wrists to elbows. No gag. There's a brief long shot and a brief head shot. The second scene comes in around the 85' mark, and ends about a minute later. @11:30pm Space/Imagination Record number: 2606 Title: Mortal Kombat (1995) Medium: Movie Actress: Bridgette Wilson Description: Sonya Blade (Wilson) is chained, with arms outstretched, to the dungeon walls. Darkly lit scene, with heroine easily reskued from her manakles. Wilson is kute, but even she kan't overkome a silly plot based on a video game. |
