Record number: 7930 Title: She Spies (2002) aka She Spies: Bad Girls Gone Good Medium: TV Series Actress: Nora Zehetner, Natasha Henstridge, Kristen Miller, Natashia Williams Description: Episode: "Daddy's Girl" (1.4) The female guest star, who plays a bratty rich spoiled girl, is kidnapped twice and bound and gagged three times. The first time, she is discovered behind a wall, tied to a chair and gagged with black duct tape. The second time, she is shown bound and gagged on a ransom videocassette; she is gagged with white tape. Finally, when she is rescued, she is tied to a chair and gagged with white tape. In addition, toward the middle of the episode, the three stars are tied to chairs in a fashion reminiscent of the "Toni's Boys" episode of Charlie's Angels. Two of them free each other by slamming backwards into each other, which destroys the chairs. No gags in this scene. |

| Previews for "Boomtown" show the ambulance being hijacked, and the female paramedic with her hands bound in front (of course giving the bad guy a hard time because of it.) Didn't see any signs of a gag, but it's a good show to watch anyway. |

| @1:00am BravoC Record number: 866 Title: Life Less Ordinary, A (1997) Medium: Movie Actress: Cameron Diaz Description: About 99' in (with ads), Ms. Diaz is captured by the bounty hunters her father has sent after her. (They're actually angels sent to earth to bring her and her lover [Ewan McGregor] together ... see the movie). She's handgagged briefly during the grab. She is next seen bound to a chair with pretty orange rope, her mouth sealed with nicely-applied duct tape (Prop persons: It can be done), a white cloth blindfold pushed up above her eyes. She mmmmphs and talks through the gag as she plays blackjack (and keeps winning) with the male angel. Later he pulls the blindfold down, and though she's ungagged a little further on, she remains sightless. She ends up bound, blindfolded, but ungagged in the trunk of a car, where she's discovered and released with about ten minutes left in the film. Earlier, about 20' in, she's shown being tied to a chair with a strip of cloth about her midriff, right after McGregor has abducted her (partly with her help ... see the movie) and driven her to a remote cabin. She's bound to the chair at the arms and legs with more cloth. Around the 62' mark, there's a scene where McGregor, Diaz and the angels/bounty hunters meet for a ransom exchange. He ties her hands in front, and she remains bound for a few minutes. Both this film and HEAD ABOVE WATER feature Ms. Diaz in multiple bondages. @1:00am ShowC Record number: 2022 Title: Scream 3 (2000) Medium: Movie Actress: Courteney Cox Description: She's duct taped to a chair and tape gagged in a full body shot as bait for Sidney. One close up, very short scene & guy alert. @1:00pm BravoC Record number: 206 Title: Dune (1984) Medium: Movie Actress: Francesca Annis Description: Lady Jessica (Annis) is bound wrists-in-front (and possibly her ankles are bound) and gagged with a padded plug gag. She's menanced by the evil Piter de Vries (Brad Dourif). A short while later she's seen in a shuttlecraft or some such. She's about to be molested when Paul uses "the Voice" (or whatever) to control their captor. In the three-hour SCIFI airing the sequence begins around 90' in and ends about ten minutes later, commercial break included. @2:00pm ShowC Record number: 1229 Title: Halifax, F. P.: Without Consent (1995) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Lisa Baumwol, Jennifer Botica, Annie Jones Description: Tale of a series of attacks on women patterned after the crime of a recently paroled rapist. In the first, at the movie's beginning, Baumwol's character comes home and plops down on her bed for a nap, awakening just before the attacker slips a black bag over her head. He spreadeagles her on the bed with rope, and then cuts away the bag around her mouth so he can serve her a glass of milk. Botica's character is similarly attacked somewhat later, the assailant tying her to a dining room table. Towards the end of the film, the original rapist's victim (Jones) is grabbed in her home by the attacker, but manages to fight him off as he tries to tie her wrists to her bed. @9:00pm HistCan Record number: 1172 Title: Boston Strangler, The (1968) Medium: Movie Actress: Sally Kellerman Description: Playing an apartment manager who survived her encounter with the strangler, she's ironing when Albert DeSalvo (Tony Curtis) comes to her door. Next he's shown standing over her bed-how he subdued her isn't shown-tearing her yellow print dress into strips, which he uses to spreadeagle her. It's implied she's nude, but we are limited to closeups of her face, and of him tying her wrists and ankles. She manages to get a wrist and ankle free and kicks him, and he responds by putting his hand over her mouth to stifle her screams. She bites his hand, and he pulls free of her, repeatedly punching her in the face before leaving. @9:00pm Space/Imagination Record number: 6936 Title: Spawn (1997) Medium: Movie Actress: Theresa Randle, Sydni Beaudoin Description: Al Simmons (Michael Jai White) comes back from the dead as The Spawn. He finds that his wife Wanda Blake (Randle) has married his best friend Terry Fitzgerald (D.B. Sweeney) and they have a kid together. The Violator tries to use this and other things to turn Simmons into the evil general for Satan's army. Near the end of the film Wanda (Randle) is first restrained to a weird sculpture thing but it turns to be The Violator in disguise. The real Wanda is then then revealed in a chair tie. In one of Hollywood's biggest bonehead plays of all time, putz D.B. Sweeney is ballgagged and their daughter (Beaudoin, in her first and only role) is gagged with a sock but gorgeous black actress Theresa Randle isn't muzzled in either of her restraints. @11:00pm ShowC Record number: 974 Title: Nightwatch (1994) Medium: Movie Actress: Patricia Arquette Description: In the last 20 minutes or so, Patrica Arquette is bound hand and foot (hands behind her back) with (probably medical) tape by Nick Nolte. Fairly lengthy scene of her struggling across the floor of a morgue through broken glass to get to a fire alarm. No gag. |
